I recommend coming here! We were seated moderately quickly by nice staff. A pleasant surprise was that there were Kid’s Days on Wednesdays where a kid’s meal is 99 cents. They served us our drinks first, then about 10 minutes later, appetizers. There was a pretty long wait to get our entrees, but the employees were kind and tried to be fast considering how busy it was. The food was delicious and a nice proportion. When it came time for dessert, they told us that their freezer had broke and they were debating whether or not to serve us the ice cream we ordered. They did serve the ice cream, which was half melted. I didn’t think it was a big deal and they were very polite about it.

Service is great. My problem is with the food and management. Quality if food is horrible. I came to this location twice both times the steak tasted like rubber. The second time I came in the manager told me she knew I came before and didn’t like it before instead of trying to fix the problem she approached me like I was a problem. I’m not rude I tip well and I literally took one bite of my steak n spit that out on a napkin. Instead of doing a manager’s job and trying to make her guest happy and herd she just tried to make me feel like I did something wrong. I asked for boxes she never came back to my table I had to ask a host for boxes and a check. Worst experience I got to the applebees on the east side of i25 is always great food always great I just won’t be coming back

Terrible service from the bartender Jasmine. She was my server but I guess shes a bartender also. Everything was good until my first refill on Pepsi. The Pepsi tasted and smelled like Chlorine. I thought maybe it was a mistake with too much cleaning product or something small so I wasnt mad or upset and just wanted a new Pepsi. Then some new ppl just walk in and are looking at the menu. Mind you I had my menu a good 8-10 minutes before she came over to me to introduce herself. So the ppl are looking at the menu and jasmine is walking by me not trying to look at me and I nicely say “excuse me” and she turns and comes to my table and I’m like “my pepsi tastes a lil like chlorine can I get a new one?” And since i told her earlier I was going to order something else off the menu I started to say ” can I also put a order in for the blonde cookie dessert ” and BEFORE I COULD FINISH MY SENTENCE SHE CUTS ME OFF AND SAYS “UM I HAVE TO TAKE THESE PPLS ORDERS” AND JUST WALKS AWAY FROM ME TO GO HELP THE PERCIEVED HIGHER TIP AT THE BAR. She ruined my appetite so when she came back I got all my stuff to go and left as soon as I could. I was literally ready to tip her 100% of my bill that day but she saw a young black man and thought she wasn’t going to make as much money off me as she would the white couple at the bar .

My wife and I went here for lunch. Our server had a really, outrageously, annoying voice. We got our drinks. My wife’s tea tasted like it was a week old. My Pepsi had almost no syrup in it. So it was basically caramel colored soda water.

We needed a place to sit and eat and decided to stop by (after 10pm) we didn’t have to wait long to be seated. Food was great and our server made the dine in very comfortable. Our server was Jennifer, she was fantastic. She was serving, sitting customers, cleaning her own tables at the same time, props to her! The food can out great and everything was to our liking. For me being an out of towner I liked the service that was given.

The food was good but not great… The service at the table near the bar seemed very lacking. Drinks went empty for a while and the food took a long time to get out. No communication was given. The atmosphere was great not too loud we were able to have a great time talking and laughing without feeling like we had to yell over the din of noise.

Just had lunch at the Broomfield Applebee’s Friday, July 21, 2023. Worst service I have ever received. The bartender waited on us. She forgot to send in our order – blamed her tablet … huh? it took almost ONE HOUR to get our food – she forgot utensils, coffee and the check was wrong. we called the manager over and I told him all the things that went wrong and that they should take something (other than dessert) off our bill. He talked back to me – angry- saying you should have told me that before. I said I shouldn’t have to / then he goes … “Look lady…. we just made a mistake” I tried to tell him if you make a mistake that ruins a customer’s meal – you should comp that meal … not comp a couple of scoops of ice cream. He walked away while I was explaining this – then in the end he yelled at us to just get out.

Seated quickly at the bar. Great happy hour prices. Fun bartender Sean. Quick service, food arrived pretty fast. Lots of big screens for games. Booths and tables available. Good selection of tap and bottled beers. Plenty of parking near front door. Easy to get to just off 120th ave.
