We pay careful attention to the smallest details in order to serve our customers the best ramen possible with the finest ingredients. Each of our broths, Chashu meats, and Ajitsuke tamago eggs are lovingly made from scratch using time consuming recipes. Our noodles are imported directly from Sapporo, Japan and are maturated (aged) in traditional Japanese cedar noodle boxes for five to seven days before it is served.

This place is tucked away, never packed, and always available for reservation. It has such a large open space that’s perfect for group settings as well as a cute date night spot. I’ve had at least half of the menu and I have absolutely no complaints. I would always take whatever the “special ramen” is if you think it’s ingredients sound good. They change it frequently and it has yet to disappoint me. This is my favorite ramen spot downtown and it has better seating than the other ramen places in the area.

The food here was really good!! I heard good things about this place, and it turns out they were correct because MMM. The place is kind of hard to find, because there is no sign outside. And sometimes the waitresses would take a while to get around to you, but other than that I recommend this place so much!! The food was really good, I love pork belly and they did such a good job with the meat. I had the Toyko Shoyu ramen by the way, could not recommend it more.
