The line where food is is messy food and sauce everywhere. The chicken is so bland at this location. I ate my meal half way through and there’s a dead fly on my corn… will not be coming back to this dirty restaurant.

My first visit to Chipotle in Maryland. I ordered soft steak tacos. The ingredients were fresh. A few toppings were missing that I enjoy. The pico was a little spicier than I like but still very good. All in all a good choice.

The service was decent. I generally like the bowl with double meat and extra cilantro. Barbacoa and steak or barbacoa and pork. Guacamole for some avacado etc. The tea is usually unsweetened which is good. The bowl is better for gluten intolerant. For lectin sensitive , skip the tomato salsa’s and beans . I would also skip the corn due to GMO and glyphosate spraying issue. The queso is good if cow milk / milk lectins doesn’t bother you. The chips I believe are also corn so similar issues here. As with pretty much every Chipotle I’ve been to this one is inconsistent in its service. We always order online and pickup. On more than one occasion they have forgotten one of our side orders. Still waiting on the response from my customer service feedback…

They have an special pickup area with a special employee and kitchen just for the online orders. I like it but what can they improved a little be can be on the customer service since I have been here several times but the employee keep being rude when we ask question and doesn’t looks friendly.

I absolutely love this chipotle! If I order ahead, it is usually ready at the pickup time listed and they are never out of salad dressing (which is an issue I run into ALL the time at other chipotles). The staff is relatively helpful and as attentive as they can be under immense pressure to move quickly.

Experienced the slowest service today. Pretty much all the food containers were empty, food was not fresh. There was a line and none of the teammates seemed interested in helping. Pick up order food station was ran by a manager super slow. She was not packing the food after prepping it. A few people waited a long time for their mobile order. Whats the purpose of ordering on the mobile app ahead of time if the food wont be ready by the time the customers picks it up? Bad chipotle!
