In a town without a lot of non-chain dining options, this place was a real find. The crispy-fried tofu was a real treat (maybe even for tofu-haters). The red curry with chicken was delicious as was the Tom Kha Kai (coconut chicken soup). The heat-level was toned-down for the American palate but was easily punched up with the condiments on the table. Due to the low-lighting, the pix might not look great, but don’t be deceived. This place very good. Happy we found it.

The wonderful ladies have moved from Aztec Main Street to a food truck on US 550 and Road 2105 just north of Cedar Hill on the way to Durango. The food is just wonderful. My fave is the Spicy Basil Fried Rice with duck. There are 3 other duck dishes, including Ginger Duck. All the other Thai dishes are offered as well as burgers. It is on our regular rotation and you just can’t go wrong. They now have two picnic tables on the edge of the mesa overlooking the lush farm in the valley below. Highly recommended! ❤️

Actually this is called Manna Thai now. Regardless, it’s a nice quant little building like you’d expect from a historic downtown area. The waitress was great and explained what some of the different dishes are. We had the pot stickers and to be honest, I can’t spell what we had, but they were both great! Can’t wait to go back and try the crunchy orange chicken and Mongolian beef!

Nice warm clean environment. Both owners met me at the door with smiles. We ordered cashew nut chicken and beef and broccoli. When we got our food home the food was so fresh, very well plated and incredibly tasty. MannaThai Kitchen (new name of restaurant) just catapulted to our locally owned and operated favorite eateries

Such good Thai food, I highly recommend this place if you want real Thai food. The selection is great, the menu is sizable and the dishes are clearly made with love and presented well here. I would come back for sure. The only thing I don’t like is that they go back to Thailand for a few months out of the year. It sucks because I crave the food. A good insider tip about this place – order the “Special Combo” It’s a secret item not on the menu, and the best showcase of this place’s best dishes. They have honored it for me every time and I haven’t seen it advertised in years.

I give this restaurant a rare 5 star rating. I’ve eaten a dozen Thai restaurants in the Four Corners area and this is by far the best one. The taste is superb, a very full flavor with a wonderful olfactory effect as well. It’s a small, funky place but don’t let appearances fool you, this restaurant is a gem. It’s been in Aztec for over 20 years under different names but the same location and same great food. The best part, the prices are very reasonable.

Soup was cold, ordered sweet and sour chicken. Rice came out before meal and was cold. Chicken was tough. Sweet and sour sauce had no sweet and tasted like vinegar with lots of salt. One time there is all, hoping I don’t get sick. All the stir fry was crunchy and not cooked.

Stopped by this place traveling through town. Would definitely come back again. Delicious food, options for vegetarians, friendly waiter and the owner was pleasant to chat with…. the avocado rice rolls were delightful.
