Great blend of hot pot and Korean BBQ. Order through tablet, it’s rather convenient not having to wait for your server to come by. Garlic shrimp was my favorite for the hot pot, lamb for the BBQ. They do clap and sing for birthdays, FYI. The place is brand brand new, bar still under construction, not open. It’s delicious though, with a great buffet of sauces and fruit and even french fries. Super friendly even to a baby in a stroller.

This place is awesome! Prices are good, and food quality is amazing. And there are so many OPTIONS. great for a date or party. You order and everything is brought to your table for either you or the staff to cook. When you go, I recommend getting both the hotpot and bbq. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING

We went there last night, food was really good, and fresh. Certain foods we ordered it twice, like the winter melon, but it never came and no explanation on that. We ordered the hot pot and bbq, but we didn’t have the cooking oil like other k-pot has, so the meat was so sticked to the pan and burned. We didn’t have a spoon so some foods are very hard to take out from the hot pot using chopsticks. But overall the food was very delicious and I understand that they just opened, so they have time to make it better 🙂

Amazing food, great environment. We went with the BBQ & Hot pot combo and had a blast. Make sure to check out the sauce bar for a ton of great options!

KPot in Laurel was a great time. The hosts and wait staff are helpful and friendly. The decor is awesome inside. My party had a wonderful experience. Our ingredients came out within a few minutes of us ordering, and all of the equipment worked fine. We visited before they were able to serve alcohol, but to be honest once we started grilling and adding to our hot pots we forgot all about it. I spent about $100 for two people (2 hotpot/gril combo, soft drinks, and a 25% tip). The total was about $80 pre-tip.

Second day in business and KPot hit the ground running. The food was wonderful. The kimchi is awesome, the portions, cuts, freshness, and flavours are quite good. Go now, because the restaurant is huge and was already doing well. There’s a large bar, so when the liquor license is in effect, this will be the place to drink and dine. Service was good and will get even better as the staff settles in. Why not five stars? I’m not a robot and it’s only day two. My family will return. Oh, we had hot pot. Next visit we’ll try the grill.

KPot in Laurel, MD, offers an exceptional Korean dining escapade that masterfully blends interactive cooking with an array of delectable options. The restaurant’s modern ambiance creates a welcoming setting for an unforgettable experience. The star of the show at KPot is undeniably the hot pot selection, allowing patrons to craft their own culinary symphony by combining meats, seafood, veggies, and noodles in a medley of flavorful broths. The menu thoughtfully accommodates diverse spice preferences, although occasional variations in spiciness descriptions might provide a pleasant surprise. What truly elevates the experience is the impeccable service delivered by the attentive team, comprising gracious hosts, swift and efficient food runners, and knowledgeable servers. This collective effort ensures a seamless and enjoyable journey through the meal. Authenticity shines through the banchan (side dishes) assortment, offering a delightful complement to the main fare. Nevertheless, during peak hours, some pacing hiccups might occur, leading to minor service delays.

Came to the Laurel location as it’s the closest to us (been to Rockville and Baltimore location). This KPot in Laurel is beautiful and spacey like Rockvilles. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. By the way, Philip was awesome and really took care of my family of 10+. Thanks!!

This was not what I expected at all. Our table was still dirty when we were sat and if I didn’t say anything the hostess would’ve just left it like that. The food was okay but there’s much better hot pot restaurants in the area. You only get a 2 hr window to eat which doesn’t leave you a bunch of time if you’re new to this type of restaurant and need a crash course. Our drinks had to get sent back 3 times because the sodas kept coming back flat and we still were charged for drinks anyway. Our grill did not properly work which took out more time from the cooking so we only ended up having maybe 30 mins to eat if that. Also if you come the whole table can only either do the hot pot or the grilled bbq. If you want to mix then the entire table is charged an extra $5 pp even if it’s only one person that prefers the other option. $186 wasted.
