Unlike any Pizza Hut “pan” pizza I’ve ever had. Dry and flavorless. Breadsticks were awful. My wife, my daughter and myself took one bite each and threw ours away. Just dry bread with no seasoning. Got a large pepperoni with olives and bacon on one half. Same weird dry flavorless “pan” crust. I don’t expect an even 50/50 split, but it’s like the person cutting the pizza didn’t even look while doing it. It was 70/30 at best. I scraped the olives and bacon off of one of my pieces so my wife could get a piece with more than two bites. It also seemed like the large pizza was half cooked and the olives and bacon were only tossed on after the pizza had already been cooked. My daughters medium cheese was at least cut with some semblance of care, but again, weird “pan” crust. My only regret is that we were so hungry from getting back from a long road trip, that I didn’t take a picture until we were done eating to show how truly awful this expience was. We had Pizza Hut pan pizza a week ago in Alabama that seemed like a Michelan 5 star restaurant compared to Brownsburg.

Hadn’t had Pizza Hut in over 15 years so we thought we’d give it a try. It was beyond what we expected! They were fast and our pizzas were hot, fresh and absolutely delicious!!! We will definitely order again….and are not waiting another 15 years to order!

I have tried ordering from here on 4 separate occasions since they reopened. The first time we got our pizza, but it was delivered much later than they said it would be. The second time, they did not have any pizza available to order. The third time, they were sold out of stuffed crust specifically which is what we were trying to order. And the fourth time, 20 min after I placed my order, I got a text from a door dash driver saying that the store was having Internet issues and they did not have my order and that I needed to cancel my order. We will not be ordering from here a fifth time.

We had the mistake of ordering in the kitchen staff was sssooo! Loud ny husband had to go out side to take his call. For $40, we got a medium 2 topping pizza, an order of bread sticks, & 2 – 20 oz soda’s. They MEVER told us that 4 – 20 sodas were $6. To say we will probably NEVER go back is an under statement!

The employees were nice, but there were only 2 of them. They were working so hard but the food was not good because they’re so short-staffed. The restaurant looks absolutely horrible, and the inside of the restaurant smells like sewer gas. I STRONGLY recommend not going to this Pizza Hut unless they shut down and remodel the inside to make it presentable and fix wherever the sewer gas smell is coming from.
