Food is average but the lack of communication is unacceptable. My order is wrong and I can’t even get in contact with anyone. I work in food service so I get being busy but I’ve been on hold for 30min now. Not a single “hold please” or nothing. And by the reviews it sounds like it’s the wrong number or y’all just ignore the phones and that’s not ok. At this point I just want a refund, I don’t even want the food anymore. Someone needs to contact me or atleast pick up the phone.

Food took 15 more minutes than what the longest estimated time was. I ordered pick up. Food was just being put in the ovens at the time I was supposed to pick it up according to the app. Which was after I went in to see if it was ready and if maybe the up wasn’t properly updating me. So about a month ago I ordered pizzas for a group and one of the pizzas had so few toppings. There was even a slice with zero toppings on it. Yesterday I decided to give this location another shot and ordered the stuffed crust pizza with EXTRA toppings. This time there were at least toppings on every slice, but definitely not what I would think is extra. Plus the dough was so thin. There was a slice that had a hole in it so it wasn’t even connected to the crust. These last two visits make me believe the quality of papa John’s pizza has dropped down significantly.

Pizza always been okay. It is neither bad or good until today. I ordered garlic breadstick and base by the description, I should get 10 breadstick. I got 7 good ones and than some end pieces. The picture shows the different in sizes. I ask why they are not the same size and that I feel like I should get 10 of the large ones if I was promised 10. They responded that I should buy more if I wanted more. I wouldn’t of gotten the breadstick if the description was 7 plus some end pieces for $6.50 when a whole pizza is only 2.50 more. At $8.99. False advertising and rude response.

Last time i order from that store!!! I always order from them but this time the person who deliver my pizza left it in the door and it did not even knock and for my suprise one of the pizza was missing slices!! I call and they never answer. Never again ordering from them

I ordered my pizza and it said 60-70 for delivery. Then I got a notification that the pizza would arrive at 3:06. I called at 3:16 and was told it would be the next out, I arrived at the store at 4:16 was told the pizza just left. I told them toake me some fresh pizzas because I’m not accepting 2 hour old pizza. I tried to call the store and no one would answer the phone, while I was standing there the phone was ringing and it was being ignored. Very poor service and I will let Corp. know a out this, I am a former employee of Papa John’s and never have I seen service like this and never have i seen a pizza leave the store that was cold. Plus look at the pizza all the toppings to one side, very sickening.
