Positively slammin! The best BBQ I’ve ever had. Small batch TRUE Texas BBQ made with love. I come to Houston a few times a year for work, this will be a MUST for every future visit! Need to get here earlier next time before they run out of Brisket!

First off, super friendly and worth a drive. Secondly, their food is amazing! I always get the Boudin because the skin is nice and crisp and they even give you crackers for it. Order early because their potatoes are hot sellers and so delicious. The ribs… fall off the bone tender, juicy, and very well seasoned. And then there’s the sauce… homemade every day. They should seriously bottle this sauce!

Ordered 1 whole brisket, 4 pounds of jalapeño cheese sausage, and 21 boudin balls for $150. It also came with pickles, onions, bbq sauce and the brisket drippings (more places should offer the drippings). The amount of food and quality was outstanding for the price and I am not sure it can be beat.

Wow!!!! The food is amazing. I have waited over 3 months to finally eat at JB’s BBQ. The customer service is exceptional. Mr. Baines and his lovely wife were so kind and thoughtful as I reviewed and made my selections. Tried the fried shrimp and boudin balls. Extra large shrimp great seasoning fried just right! The boudin balls was excellent crispy on the outside and meaty on the inside. Service was fast and friendly. I will definitely be back to try other items
