Chopsticks Pho & Grill offers delivery at Uber Eats
Soup is customarily served for breakfast in Vietnam–big bowls of steaming noodle soup, with meat and any number of ingredients added at the last minute, like bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, chili peppers, lime slices, and green onions. All, of course, spiced with with plenty of fish sauce (nuoc mam), chili-garlic sauce, and/or hoisin sauce in nearby dipping dishes. It’s an unusual melange of cooked rice noodles, raw vegetables and herbs, and shaved raw meat or seafood that cooks in the broth just as it’s brought to table. Phó, as it’s known, is now hugely popular in the United States.

This is our go to spot for Vietnamese. They have great food, the owners are always friendly and remember you. In case some of you newbies don’t know how to eat Pho, take someone with you that does because reading some of the reviews about raw meat…..research food if you don’t know anything about Vietnamese food….pho has very thinly sliced meat and the hot broth cooks the the thinly sliced beef……I hate when people that aren’t experienced foodies talk trash about something they have no idea about. I have been eating Vietnamese food for 37 years and find that if you go with someone who knows the way it should be eaten makes a HUGE difference.

This was one of most awful experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The service was absolutely horrendous. The food tasteless, and barely there. The woman at the front counter was extremely rude when I asked for a fork & napkin. Is that really so hard to provide? Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else! I know I will going forward.

First time eating pho in Virginia and if people think this is amazing pho that’s disappointing. The spring rolls were noodles, meat, and lettuce. No vegetables like carrots or cucumber and I got the vegetarian one and they didn’t even put tofu in it. The pho was unseasoned, the tofu wasn’t cooked, seasoned, or marinated. They just chopped it up and threw it in, lazy in my opinion. The boba was overcooked and the flavoring is very underwhelming. Our waiter was super awkward and looks annoyed we wanted to dine in. I won’t be returning

this pho resturant is the best pho resturant i have been to. the staff is all very friendly and the food comes out hot and fresh. i would definitely recommend going and if you don’t know how to eat pho then either take someone that knows how with you, research it, or don’t go. i personally recommend this resturant to anyone who wants a good bowl of pho.

This is my favorite restaurant in Williamsburg. I’ve eaten here probably 2 dozen times at this point. The guy at the front can seem rude in tone, but he’s actually really nice and helpful. The service is lightning fast. The decor is not great but the food is. I always get pho. I love pho and I have ordered it at many restaurants but this place has something special. The broth is more on the salty and savory side and not super sweet. Portions are large. I’ve never ordered any other entree because the pho is just so good. The mango sticky rice is a nice simple side that’s very pleasant. Avoid the boba tea, the tapioca pearls were bad.

Absolutely hands down the best Vietnamese cuisine around. All dishes are rich and flavorful and the staff is kind. Pho Tai and Wonton soup are amazing. 10/10 all round.

I paid $30 on food for 2 to go dishes, price is good for cheap tasting pho and vermicelli. I ordered Vietnamese wings , they tasted like burnt pepper, I ordered them many times before and I can tell they burned the wings and didn’t marinate them in the fish oil. Too much pepper in rice dish , and served with old meat. What a disgrace to serve such food after waiting over 40 mins for food. Called back to tell them how displeasing the to go was after having their food many times before without a problem. They hung up on me and said my $30 is nothing to them.

My son and I stopped for dinner three times during our one week vacation in Williamsburg. I don’t normally take pictures of food; but, we wanted to show grandma our dining experience.
