Ordered a 12 inch deep dish pizza. When I got it, the dough was raw. I had to put it in the oven to finish cooking it. This was after it took them well over an hour to deliver our food. I was patient and understanding about the time but would have really liked it if my pizza was done when it was delivered.

I have never in all these years been disappointed by PJs as I am tonight. I had company that had to leave before our pizza even arrived because it was 40 mins later than they said and then it was room temp at the most. First time I have ever requested a delivery and it will be the last. Very disappointed I was contacted by the owner almost immediately and offered a refund. I appreciated that even though it was not expected. Very nice people, i really wanted to make them aware if tbis situation because your hired help can make or break your business, and I havr been assured the help has been corrected. I will order again as I have for so many years . I reccomend you try them as well
