I ordered a pizza at 10:50 PM. When I called to see where it was at 11 PM. They have no knowledge of it. They sell their stock every day. I’m calling corporate tomorrow. The manager that I talk to hit an Indian nationality heard.

hello Friends
The salads aren’t good. They are prepackaged and something you can just find at the market. Pastas aren’t great either. You can only pick a few toppings. I was hoping you could pick way more than just a few. My pasta tastes very plain, even with the toppings I chose, due to the lack of toppings you can put. The pizza’s are really good though and I also love how quick their service is. I’ve also had great experiences with friendly delivery people, always giving great costumer service. I just would love to see better salads and better pasta.

Just picked up a medium pizza and a pasta dish and was disturbed to see the pizza maker was picking off olives from a pizza as it was probably added by error with his fingers and no gloves. He proceeded to make more dishes with bare hands even after I questioned the practice! I threw my pizza and pasta in the garbage bin after paying and leaving the store.

After having mediocre experiences at chain pizza stores I am pleasantly surprised by our local Dominos. We tried the Brooklyn-style pizza first. Nothing like a chain store pizza. Since then we’ve had the hand tossed pizza, pasta bowls, specialty chicken and sandwiches with the same results. Hot, fresh food. Arrives faster than expected every time.

I followed the dominos tracker and had my brother go pick up a pizza for me today. He had placed an order right after me and when he arrived his came out right away and told me to say I’m here on the app. The app said my order was complete but when they came out with his order they said mine would be another 6 min but that was after he’d been waiting for 8 with my order having already “been complete”. Long story short is it isn’t okay to say the order is ready and make someone wait while you start over. Don’t even have the tracker if you’re going to do that. And if it’s a quality check issue then make the order start over and don’t say it’s ready when it isn’t.
