Food is papa Murphy’s, what you expect. No problem there, but they’re notoriously under staffed since covid so they can be slow during dinner rush lobby could be cleaner. I only get one type of pizza here and it has always been consistent and yummy.

Ordered pizza over the phone. Said it would be ready in 40 mins (first red flag) I don’t understand how it takes 40 minutes to make a pizza that they don’t even cook. I arrive and pay for my uncooked pizza that still isnt ready and wait ANOTHER 20 minutes in the store, and they have the audacity to ask for tips? Wild how they still stay in business.

Ordered a pizza online at Papa Murphy’s on Olympic in Springfield at 3:30 in the afternoon on May 9th. Asked for it to be ready at 5:15 in the drive through. Arrived on time and waited for about 20 minutes for the 2 vehicles in front of me. Got up to the window, gave the lady my name and confirmation number, written on a piece of paper for them to make it easy. She went to find my pizza, and after about 3 minutes came back and said it wasn’t ready and hadn’t even been started yet. She said it would probably be another 20 minutes because they were “really behind”. I told her I wanted a refund, then she left again and was talking to someone who was telling her what to say instead of coming up to the window himself. She came back, said it would be a couple of days for the refund to show up on my card, so I asked for a receipt and left. This is my first and last time using Olympic Street location, usually go to Coburg Road, where my order has ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS has been ready to go for me. Back to Coburg Road for me, who has never let me down.

I like the the pizza “Papa’s Favorite”. They let me change out the pepperoni for ham without an up charge, no heartburn. Other places that I have gone will charge to change an item on the pizza. I hope that Papa Murphy continues to do this because I will come to them for my pizza. Thank You so very much
