We ordered a thin crust pizza, what we got was a crust with huge bubbles on all but 3 pieces. Most of the toppings had slid to the center of the pizza. When I called, the phone rang over to the call center. They gave me a credit for the amount of the order. The credit never showed on the account. When I called to redeem, the manager put me on hold, then a very rude employee picked up. This location will never get a penny of mine again.

The pizza and wings were Great….But I just checked my credit card and someone from there tipped theirself more than $12! NOT OK. I will be calling to have that refunded. If paying with a card..start checking how much they take! My receipt says one thing but my bank says another!

Pizza Hut St. Pauls N.C. highly recommended I use this establishment everytime we have pizza parties at work. I usually be pressed for having the pizzas ready by a set time and I have never been disappointed , they be ready by the agreed upon time!! I’ll be calling again in the near future!!

The staff was great the food not so much. Pizza Hut is by far my favorite pizza joint but over the course of the years the taste of their pizza has declined significantly. It’s just bland! I don’t know if they have changed their recipe or what but it needs to go back to 1990 at least.

I asked for pepperoni, it sausage, and extra black olives…. I put on my order instructions to be quite and knock lightly because my 9mth old was in my living room sleeping. I hear a loud knock like the cops just came to my door and then the door bell rings. The guy gives me my pizza then just tries to walk off with my change I then had to ask for it and he acted like it was a problem but still gave it to me. I go to the kitchen and my pizza has barley none to zero black olives smh.
