I’ve eaten here twice. The Banh Mi with pork was very good. Everything was fresh. Today I ordered lemon grass chicken. This was obviously made yesterday. The chicken was dry and chewy. The onions and very little lemon grass was softy and flavorless. And the sweet chili sauce was just chili flakes. For the money it wasn’t worth it. Don’t know if I’ll go back.

I ate here with my girlfriend. I had the P.23 Spicy soup which is kind of like pho but with kapoon noodles. The portion was great and it was very delicious! My girlfriend ordered B.26 which was a bowl of noodles, veggies, grilled teriyaki meat, and some cut egg rolls. She enjoyed the dish but didn’t like that they gave so much meat (which I ate because I love meat). She also ordered spring roll which I liked but the sauce was a little mild for me. My girlfriend said that the wrap was a bit tough but loved the filling and the sauce.

The pho was really good! I could taste many flavors! It was a good ratio of noodles to meat to broth! The Thai tea was delicious but the Thai tea itself tasted a bit strong which probably means it was brewed too long or something but I’m not sure if they brew it or not. The only thing was that the atmosphere was a bit weird because the TVs were very distracting. Overall would recommend!!

I ordered small Pho, I guess it means less quality in this restaurant, p19 lean beef, look at the pic !!! After 45min later the cook sends me 4 piece of fatty beef with my soup. This restaurant used to be better it sucks when they lose money you can see that they’ve also lost quality with the food they serve. Good luck Pho Valley but I know this is no longer a place to get good food!

The absolute best Pho!! We love the P16 and their egg rolls. I dont usually love egg rolls, but these are a must order. I also enjoy their green tea and pork sandwiches.

Great little secret in Apple Valley. Great Pho served with a plate of fresh herbs and sprouts, Vietnamese ice coffee was also spot on. Service kind and restaurant clean and inviting.

Decent food. The peanut sauce seems to be watered down. The pho and rice noodle dish we got was good though. Pho was a little too greasy for me…little leas would’ve been perfect.
