I have ordered food here 3 times on the app. All 3 have been later than the app forecast (10-20min). 2/3 times they gave me the wrong food. As far as my experience goes this is the slowest and sloppiest Chipotle in Omaha. Its worth a 10 min drive to order at a different store.

Window service was not smooth as other restaurants with window service. Parked in a drive through stall and placed an order; no directions on how the process was meant to go. When I packed up to the window; I was asked what drinks I ordered when it was selected in the app. Could be better guys. 🙂 The app was awesome though!

Got to go. Get home and both large bags of chip are horribly stale. When you call the options are take it back for exchange (of more stale chips) or call a 1-800# for possible refund. Didn’t really seem to bothered that they are selling stale chips, hung up on me when I started to tell them they need to check the rest of the bags before they sell more. Never had bad food at any other Chipotle, definitely go to a different one if you can.

Absolutely amazing service! I ordered pickup for what I thought was 530 pm and my confirmation said pickup at 230 pm. It is impossible to alter the time for pickup online or by calling because you get an automated system.

Wow…went to the elkhorn location and I can see chipotle will see the results of the poor quality within a year…obviously, the employees are told to cut way back on the meat AND now even rice. The guy did not seem to even be embarrass to see what little you receive…it was a half of a spoon and Several customers saw it and walked out …so they had to throw away the partially prepared burrito. There is no way many of these places are going to survive and I fear this will get only worse within the next years to come….sad for some of the employees but they could show some concern when a customer expresses an issue…done with many of these fast food places…the quality is non-existence
