This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered the meatball appetizer and a pepperoni pizza. The meatballs were OK, solid and tender but a slight bit chewy. The pizza was, in my opinion, way too much cheese and a very soggy crust. There was a great young lady working the drive through window. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 6.9.

We eat here from time to time. Always ordered out and the food is decent. The only reason it doesn’t get a better review is because they cut my calzone like a pizza. So i get it home and it’s cold. If I wanted it cut, I would have ordered pizza. Never in my life, have I ever seen a restaurant cut a calzone into pizza wedges. This wasn’t a fluke. I forgot b3cause we haven’t ordered in a few months.

I moved to Amston Lake in 2020, a few weeks before the pandemic started and Georgia’s quickly became my takeout place throughout the pandemic. The food was always delicious and the people there could not be nicer! Georgia was often at the takeout window herself and she is just wonderful. Once the pandemic entered the phase where people were once again out and about I did explore other places in my new town, but I quickly learned Georgia’s is the best! To this day I go there at least once a week, often more and the experience is always exceptional! My grandkids only want to eat there when they visit and my out of town guests become big fans as well. The food is delicious, the place is adorable, prices are very reasonable and everyone you encounter there treats you like they appreciate you being there. I have always favored supporting local businesses versus chains and Georgia’s makes that decision an easy one!

My husband and I have lived in Colchester 10 years and we have been driving to Glastonbury for pizza the whole time… I wish we tried Georgias sooner! Pizza was great, and the grinder was really fresh and delicious! The staff was really nice and took my order over the phone very close to their closing time- which I was so appreciative of! We will definitely be coming here from now on!

My son found this place by chance after we were fishing locally. I would, and will, come back here again. Food was excellent, portions was very good, service was fast, courteous and polite. Atmosphere was warm, like a lake side cafe that the locals like to hang out. Super clean, cozy and I like the colors and textures used for decorating. Just an excellent experience the night before Father’s Day. Thank you to our waitress and hats off to the cheff!!!!❤

Great place to eat, good food, we have visited a be free times now.. Only issue we had last time was a large group changes in and made the place unbearable too hear, they were very loud and we left right after we finished. I be wish they could have seated them somewhere else or made other accommodations
