I called yesterday and I ordered a 12cut pizza with Pepperoni and Sausage and they gave me 8cut Pizza with Red Peppers and Onions and Sausage which I didn’t ask for so my Friend called back and they were rude to her when the delivery guy came back with the right order the 2nd time he was in a hurry to leave. These people are just plain rude and they don’t listen to you when their taking your order.so I don’t care for these people .And I don’t like it when they’re rude to me or my friends.

Plz save your money , do not , I repeat do not eat here , the wort Italian. I’ve ever had , had the chicken Piccata, no breading 3 cappers, water in bottom of pasta , ziti pasta instead of spaghetti, literally nothing about this made it a piccata, no lemon flavor nor wine , just all around a shamefull dish.. wish I could give zero stars.

Don’t go here. I’ve been to many restaurants and never have I ever had a rude server. I wish I knew this servers name but unfortunately she never mentioned it but she is elderly and has short blonde hair. The pizza was okay a little too watery for my taste but anyways… I went with my friends and brother and as we waited for the bill it was already 12:00 am mind you we just wanted to get our bill and leave. We waited a good 20 minutes for our bill to come I watched our server answer multiple phone calls instead of tending to our table. We were the only table she had left for the night and there were five other employees in the store that could have answered the phone instead. My friend and I were splitting the bill so when she finally came we explained to her that I was only paying for my part and I gave her cash to apply to my bill instead of putting everything on my card. I was very clear about the payment and she even double checked with us. So when she came back and did the complete opposite of what we told her we were a little shocked but we understood it was pretty late and she must’ve had a long day.. So we proceeded to go inside to let her know she needed to fix our payment. She said okay and voided both transactions but I noticed that she never applied the cash to the bill so I kindly asked for her to apply the cash she RUDELY AND WITH AN ATTITUDE SAID BUT I THOUGHT THAT WAS MY TIP me and my friend were astonished at what we just dealt with and let her know no we let you know to apply it to our bill before and we were going to tip you afterwards ( it was a 70$ bill and we were going to tip her a good 40$ just because it was so late) not just $12? And also who tips before they pay it made no sense whatsoever and she continued to fight about it although it was her mistake . It was the worst service I had ever gotten at a place just save your money and go to Pizza Hut at least you’ll get friendly smiles.

This place is awesome! Rudy (the owner) has set up a nice atmosphere with excellent home cooked meals. Best Chicken Franchese I’ve ever had, sauce is always right (heavy on the lemons) which makes this dish outstanding! Chicken Parmigiana is very good also, for those fans. Pizza, made fresh to order and hands down the best in South Florida. Try the Valentino All-the-Way, one of my faves and will become yours too, highly recommend it! Wish I lived closer, I’d eat there everyday.

Ordered a chicken parmigiana dinner with a side of sautéed spinach. Instead I got 6 quarter sized chicken bites and the sautéed spinach that was sapped to be a side was in with the what u call chicken also ordered a 2 liter of soda that was forgotten instead of the driver stopping at the store and grabbing one or driving back to get one she said oh well it’s to far to go back for that . So if I want good food And a decent amount I definitely would not go there ever again I’d rather go to McDonald’s at least I’ll get more chicken for the money

My co-workers and I make it a point to visit Valentino’s at least once a week. EVERYTHING tastes fabulous but the Chicken Marsala is heavenly…the house salad dressing is truly marvelous and the bread pudding is an occasion of sin! Oh and the criticism of the owners/staff? To hell with that…we’ve never been treated with anything but the warmest hospitality and look forward to every visit!

The owner is a no good self centered prick and has absolutely no self awareness of customer gratitude or appreciation he’s all about the money not the product or service. He gave us an attitude and told us to have some respect when we sat at a reserved seat next to Starbucks after the guy put the sign there after we were already sitting, well oops big desk the place was 95% empty anyway with no one sitting there . I wasn’t going to eat there again because the pizza wasn’t any good and I’m from ny so I have high standards but doesn’t give him the right to talk to someone like that after he asked if I was eating there and I said well no politely he got mad. Lol omg really ??Absolutly astounding coming from a business owner professional he outta be asshamed of his poor attitude. Take your crappy pizza and attitude else where.! Seriously!
