This is a cool place to eat at in Woonsocket. Service was ok. They have a very cool building and some really nice outside seating. I had the Poke Tuna Bowl, it was delicious. However, my friend had the Ciro Burger and it was underwhelming. The others I ate with were underwhelmed with their dishes as well. We all agreed that my Poke Tuna Bowl was by far the best of the 4 meals. There appetizer wings were pretty good. For sure don’t go with their Ciro Burger.

The waitress that helped us August 3rd was incredibly rude. She asked asked about what drinks we’d like and I didn’t speak up when she purposely asked my grandma if she wanted top shelf to increase her tip. What did happen though is I expressed the appetizer I wanted when she asked about the drinks because I already knew, was hungry, wanted it sooner than later. She then comes back with the drinks and asks if there’s any appetizers we’d like. I looked at her disappointedly because that meant I wouldn’t be getting it sooner. I told her it’s the first thing I told her to which she responded “oh I didn’t hear you sorry, I was asking for drinks, I’ll get that right out for you” notice how I didn’t mention repeating what I asked for…. She knew exactly what she was doing. I sit here in the restaurant as I type this, on my way to request someone else.

Terrible experience. Made 6pm reservations for dinner prior to an 8pm show at the stadium theatre across the street. We arrived 5 minutes early and were seated promptly at a nice corner table outdoors. Took at least 5 minutes for the server to approach us. I ordered a draft beer and several minutes later the server returned and informed me that their draft system had been down for the past 4 days and I would need to order a bottled beer, which was fine but she should have known this when I ordered my beer initially. We ordered our meals two salads a bowl or bisque and wings, a very simple meal. At 6:55 the server came by and said our food would be out shortly. 7:20 still no food, people who arrived after us were receiving their food with more complex meals, the server came by again stating our food would be out shortly, finally at 7:40 our food arrived however we had no utensils to eat with and had to ask for the utensils. We had to rush through our meals and were late for the show. Will never return to Ciro’s again.

I used to LOVE this place. The food has always been good but their staff is terrible. Well last night was my last straw. Order a to go order. Just the phone conversation to place the order was an ordeal. The woman on the phone couldn’t understand clear spoken words…. Told 20 minutes until food would be ready. Ok no problem. Pretty typical. My boyfriend goes in to get the food and is hit with “someone already picked it up” excuse me what? No apology no trying to remedy the situation just “someone already picked it up” with a shoulder shrug. Didn’t ask what the order consisted of. We have a phone number when placing the order that wasn’t asked for. And we did NOT send anyone to get our food. We were together in the car to get it. So needless to say we ended up with no food and went elsewhere instead. Such a shame cuz the food has been good up to thus far but unfortunately I can’t comment on the food, only their terrible wait staff….and this isn’t my first bad experience with the staff. For the past 2 years they are always rude. Weather your dining in or taking out. Rude rude rude and more rude. Unacceptable and I will NEVER be returning.

I ordered the ravioli and got 6 little raviolis with a pool of sauce for $30. the portion size was literally pathetic and after reading some of the reviews this seems like a common problem at this restaurant. Inside of the restaurant looks cool but if you’re coming here for a meal be prepared to spend good money and still leave hungry.

I just had a Ceasars salad and drink. Bar was packed and so was dining room. There was a concert at The Stadium nearby. The 2 bartenders, one man with spiked hair and one pretty blondish girl. They rocked it. Being a bartender myself, much props to them taking care of the bar and wait staff while still taking food orders, drinks and random question. Menu looked good.

Food was cooked perfectly, service was polite and prompt. Came by for a quick bite when our first option was closed. Low light bar atmosphere with large flat screen TVs. Draft beer and cocktail options. Apps were decently sized and very flavorful. Their pork nachos are amazing and the tortilla chips were crisp and crunchy!
