The food was delicious. We dined in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Inside the restaurant was not properly cleaned. The men’s restroom was not usable. I mentioned it to the staff, and they put a closed sign in front of the door! Overall, they need more help or a maintenance person! The food here was some of the best at any Popeyes!

The place has been open for maybe a couple months. Front door is broken, the entire place was trashed, bathroom was a mess, lobby trash was overflowing in every can. I couldn’t tell what the girl was doing who took our order. No receipt was given to us, Nuggets and popcorn shrimp, 2 drinks 32.oo! Not worth it in any way. Pictures will be posted tomorrow.

Waited in line for 15 mins and they were only serving breasts. Which is fine..until they give me a piece of chicken that’s pink on the inside.. I’m sure the entire batch is like this and I feel bad for anyone who actually ate it.

Not only do I have to pay $.50 for one extra sauce, when you should be given two sauces by default, but I received one sauce that’s about 3/4 full and another sauce that’s maybe a 1/4 full and they’re still sealed.

Very slow and someone here is ordering lots of food and not paying, assuming an off duty employee . Food is so so for the price and 15 minute wait behind two people. One being the lady at the counter that keeps ordering more free food. Employees are sneaking cigarettes in the back of the kitchen. I recommend going somewhere else. I’ve added a photo of the clerk and lady that is getting quite a lot of food without paying. The restaurant needs someone to clean once in a while too. Shame since it’s a new place. Hopefully the owner will straighten this mess up.

Food is always good. The ghost pepper wings were awesome. I purchased the 10 piece family meal and got the red beans and rice and mashed taters and gravy. Everything was delicious. The red beans were a bit cold. Wait time at the drive-through was a tad bit long, they moved slowly. I problem is the rudeness of the employees. I was super nice and cordial, greeted them with a “good evening” smiled, thanked them. The girl at the window didn’t want to give me the time of day. She was rude taking the order, I felt like she was mad because I ordered something else because she rudely kept asking, “Anything else?” It would be nice if they could say thank you or your welcome. It’s because of me coming there to eat, they have a job. If they can’t be friendly or don’t like their job, they need to find something that they don’t have to greet customers every day. They certainly need more training, and I’m sure the owner wouldn’t appreciate that kind of customer service for the guest visiting his restaurant.

Worker in drive thru wearing hoodie all the way up, and also rude. I spent $40 and asked for two sauces. Was told they had to charge me for them. First time for that but they told me they have had a policy for 4 months. When I looked at my reciept I found I was charged for 2 jalepenos which they said thats how they charge for sauces. I got home and didnt even get the sauces I paid for. I tried calling the phone number on the drive thru window for the director of operations. Number is not in service!

Employees outside smoking weed by the dumpster while the line backed all the way up with the line not moving for at least 30 mins and the doors locked. Finally order food and overhear the manager tell another employee “go ahead and open the front door again because I don’t want no smoke” then was told I would have to wait while its being cook only for 20 more minutes to go by and be told they lost my meal and needed to look at my receipt again. Already completely fed up with this place I asked for a refund and go inside to speak with the manager only for her to look like she’s high as well. I asked how my order got lost if I was just told it was coming up. Everything this woman said made no sense at all. I explained I have waited over 45 mins for this food and the only thing she could say was “ I know right”. Some of the employees looked like family members running in and out the place with no proper uniforms on and all standing around smoking weed. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Experience was awful and manager made no attempt to resolve the issue nor apologize at all. Attempted to call the location to get the GM information only for the phone to be off the hook. That figures!
