The best accidental restaurant stop of our vacation! The guys had steamed lobsters and it was their favorite of our trip. What a quaint, amazing place. Service was friendly and prompt. The drinks were great. Best chowder that I had, and I was ordering it everywhere! Do NOT skip the pie. I seriously mean you will be sorry. It was that good.

Absolutely amazing!! My cocktail was a bullet rye old fashioned with chocolate bitters, orange and simple syrup. Now I’m not much into sweet drinks and this was amazing. Wasn’t too sweet had hints of chocolate and orange with the amazing taste of the rye. Great cocktail! I had the stuffed lobster and it was out of this world amazing! The stuffing had whole scallops and shrimp that were cooked perfectly. The lobster itself was tender and so sweet! Definitely 5 stars on the stuffed lobster!! Our server was amazing! She was the one who made the old fashion and knocked it out of the park! Very friendly and attentive! Can’t wait to go back!! Oh and the blueberry pie was one of the best I’ve ever had! They get it from a top notch bakery in Ogunquit.

Impressive. Highly recommended. Make reservations. Everything was wonderful! Cuisine was outstanding. We ordered family style and tried steamed lobster, clam Chowder, the Duke, and Lobster Risotto. Kids had fish & chips. Italian waiter from Florence was exceptional. A must!

Super! Fast and friendly service with very good food. Lobster roll is on point with the potato roll as the star. Surprise hit are the Brussels sprouts with bacon and blue cheese. I really enjoyed this meal and will definitely do it again.

The incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff made the experience even better. Our waitress predicted some of our wants and needs as well as for other guests, bringing an additional plates, more lemon and lime wedges, and refilling drinks before they were gone. But more importantly, the food was so good and delicious. We ordered the crabcakes, the Duke and Lobster roll. The crabcakes were perfectly cooked and sensational with or without the sauce. The Duke’s scallops, shrimp, haddock, and lobster were tender and perfectly blended flavors. The lobster roll with butter was a great portion of moist fresh tender cooked lobster and the best lobster roll I have ever tasted. Definitely going back.

THE BEST lobster roll I’ve ever had in my life! Hot buttered and was perfect! Great amount of lobster in the roll and reasonably priced! ($28) my friend got some kind of stuffed lobster and loved it! The cocktails were also delicious! Our server was very friendly and attentive! The vibe was kind of old school diner. 100% must go if you’re in Kennebunkport!

We were in Kennebunkport for the day and decided to eat at Mabel’s. We sat outside which was very nice on a comfortable June day. We had the calamari appetizer which was delicious. The fish and chips and lobster Mac -n-cheese were amazing as was the clam chowder. My wife really enjoyed the blueberry pie a la mode. Service was great. We would definitely recommend Mabel’s.

This place would have gotten a 5 star rating but we asked to sit inside when we got there at 8:10 (they close at 9) it was a little chilly outside for the ladies and we wanted to take in the atmosphere inside, there was atleast 4-6 empty tables inside and the waitress said they were not available, they were saved for reservations (I’m thinking, really at 8:10, 50 minutes before closing your have 4 reservations coming in, ok we don’t have reservations so we’ll sit outside), the tables remained open! The hostess who was very nice I believe was going to take us inside until the waitress said all this. Luckily for us she was not our waitress, we had Vinz who did a great job. We spent over $200 and won’t be back based on the waitresses attitude!
