Let me ask you this. HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU SERVE TACOS WITH NO MEAT IN THEM?!! Went here on July 8th to order some tacos to go and when I got home and opened them up, ONLY TWO OF THEM HAD MEAT!!!! I circled them in the attached photo. On top of that, they looked like they were burnt almost to a crisp! HOW CAN YOU FORGET THE MEAT? THAT MAKES NO SENSE!!!! I will be reporting this location to the corporate office tomorrow and will be sending them this picture. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I ended up going to another Jack in the Box to order some replacement tacos, as this location was not worth the hassle for me to go back to return them.

The main thing that impresses me the most about this location is that when I make big orders online and come to pick it up, the staff is always so helpful, and the order is always right. I’m sure they make mistakes from time to time but so far not on my orders and sometimes I am picking up orders for our game, or movie nights that consist of 2 or more families orders all being placed as one large order. “TRASH” they have only 1 person working everything Grill, Register and Cleaning toilets. It took like 35 min. To get 2 tacos and a Jumbo Jack that is crazy.
