The food here was fantastic. We had the meal option with the play: broasted chicken, pot roast, beef and noodles, rolls, veggies, mashed potatoes, dressing, and a slice of pie. Portions were huge, and the food was hot, well-seasoned, and tasty. The venue is also really cute–it would be a great spot for a wedding.

They have switched to a Buffet style rather than family style dining. The food was delicious as always but the food can be slightly dried out if left too long on the buffet tables. The broasted chicken when freshly put out of is very tasty and juicy but if it sits too long can dry out. It all depends on how fast the food is turning over and if the food service is watching the buffet tables.

Not what we expected. If you think Amish. We won’t recommend. , i couldn’t dare insult. All i will say is food is sad Maybe in the summer it’s better. Has nice abeyance . If that is what you like . Has such great potential if the food was much better. Cause place is massive. It could be like number one.

I want to eat here everyday. Hands down the best chicken pot pie I have ever had. Originally we were just going to grab a quick bite to eat before exploring the rest of the grounds, and falsely assumed the dining area would be small and quaint. What a pleasant surprise as we were led from the hostess table and around the corner. The hall suddenly opened up into a beautifully spacious dining space. Big windows show off the grounds surrounding the restaurant and natural light floods the room.

The service was excellent. My husband had juicy and smoky brisket with real slow cooking. I ordered grouper. It well cooked just too salty and came with delicious side dishes. (Sweet potato and squash)

We were there during the Arts & Crafts weekend, an annual event for us.

I have fond memories of Amish Acres, but the quality of the food has gone way down. They were serving buffet style yesterday. I did not like anything I tried, the chicken parmesan was tough, overcooked meatballs that tasted like cardboard. I did not understand why the theme of the buffet was Italian. I miss the bean soup and beef tips and noodles.

My mother said if I don’t have anything good to say, don’t say anything at all. That’s it….

Great old time barn atmosphere. Great selection. Choose to order off menu or go for buffet. We ordered off the menu. Sit by the window overlooking the pond.

This place is wonderful…the service is great, the food is great, and the portions are large. The picture was taken after I had already eaten half of my meal. I highly recommend stopping in.
