We have been to at least 40 different Chipotles all over the country. We love Chipotle but this restaurant was the very first where we hated it. The rice was not cooked through and too hard to bite. They were out of veggies, corn and tomato salsa. The lettuce and the guacamole were brown. But the worst thing was that there was meat in my actual vegetarian sofritas bowl. That’s a No-Go when you’re a vegetarian. Furthermore the restaurant was not cleaned very well. Please do just not go to this restaurant, the management is a nightmare.

Very rarely post a review, especially a negative one. I haven’t been so disappointed in a long time. Everyone seemed really checked out. No black beans on the line and guy preparing food rushed us through, and no joke beans came out about 10 seconds later. No shredded cheese, super watery lettuce, and no chips. Might have felt better about it if I wasn’t feeding my children. Worth noting lack of chips and cheese was not disclosed until we were already part way through the line. Seems these issues have been mounting over last couple of months, based on my own experience and other reviews. Probably won’t go back any time soon.

Just had our first bad experience with the Turkey Creek Chipotle. We ordered online and went to pick up, got our food and there was a burrito missing. No big deal, so I tell the young guy at the counter who said hed go check, he came back and said a girl made it bit put in a bowl by mistake. I pointed out that I had 5 items and only 4 in the bag, the burrito was for sure missing after checking all other items. He said ok, will let her know. He was so nice and helpful! After a long wait a woman brought the burrito out and I said thank you but she practically threw the bag at me and the look on her face said we ruined her whole day. Her customer service was horrible and I’m super disappointed in this experience. We eat here on a weekly basis. To make matters worse, 2 of the orders had stuff added (tomatoes which my kids doesn’t like) Or missing, the newly made burrito was missing the quac so it was added as a side. I will be back but hopefully this doesnt happen again.

This store really needs to be checked out by the owner. I mean read the other reviews. I was here one time and they were out of some of the condiments I wanted. Also The food looked old and not freshly cooked. Probably won’t be back to this location. I will say the employees were very nice and polite. But the food isn’t good at all

I have never given a bad review but this is definitely warranted this time. This chipotle location has just really gone downhill. We went on Saturday at 6pm (July 22) The positive was that only 3 other people were inside so we had plenty of space and it was quiet but I guess now we know why.

If I could give a zero I would. The customer service was awful, I had a large order in store and somehow they still managed to screw it up. My burritos weren’t even wrapped, when I asked for extra rice the lady serving us looked at me like I was an alien. The food quality was poor, they were out of rice at peak lunch time.

This is the third time that I’ve been to this location and the third time that I couldn’t place an order because they were actually out of most of the ingredients. It was 1:30pm. I noticed a while ago that this location just doesn’t care at all. I see from other reviews that it seems to be the norm at this location. Very odd.

I am an avid chipotle lover…with that being said, this location was easily one of the worst experiences I have had. There was one family in front of me. One young boy on the line making everything, and one person on register. Waited almost 15 minutes to place my order. Rice was undercooked and barbacoa was dry. The drink station was full of trash, trash cans overflowing. It is apparent that they are understaffed. But there was 2 employees working in the mobile orders area who should have been helping out the other two who were trying to run the store. Will skip this location next time.

The employees were polite. First time trying chipotle and the food was very underwhelming and hard to eat. I ordered a steak burrito with veggies, cheese, and lettuce. I got many weird pieces of steak that I had to spit out. My burrito was missing the veggies. The steak and rice was cold despite them just opening. Chips were very salty and queso was a weird thick consistency that made me question if it was actually cheese.
