Since COVID, they have gotten better. They used to lock their doors unannounced during business hours and didn’t leave a sign on their door. Employees were cowards and wouldn’t turn around when people were knocking on their front door. McCandless is the best one in the area. East Lib is the best in the city.

Love the fresh Chipotle with Beautiful Day at Park! This location is always good with the lines but they’ve been short of Staff which is causing the lines to be long and the food not to be made in time but staffs are very Kind and nice. The other Chipotle was definitely closed because they are short of staff which is understandable why it does take a long time but Food was Amazing ( Got the vegetarian option)

These people are wonderful!! I ordered 30 worth of food for my son. He wanted a rice bowl with 3x the protein. I went to checkout and my debit card wouldn’t work. I went out to my car to call bank. Here they shut my card down because my card was hacked that day. So the manger gave me my food. The guy behind me offered to pay for my food too. Well when I got home I got my credit card and tried to call them and pay them for my food. They told me this kinda thing happens to everyone and they hoped my son enjoyed his food. This made me want to cry. Thank you so much staff at Wexford chipotle.

Love chipotle so visited the store at Wexford , the food was good as usual but the reason for 3 stars was that they were out of vegetables and when we requested there was no effort to refill it but state that they are out. My advice would be if you don’t intend to refill an item dont have that empty container with a few veg items stuck to the side be visible to the customer. Staff also need to insure the area is clean and napkins are available for the customers .

They fell off a little bit, but still one of the better chipotle locations in the Pittsburgh area. Always disappointing when a place like this is out of food at the dinner rush (5:20 pm) but most of the employees were still polite, and the food was good.
