Ordered $30+ worth of food. 5 of the 6 “crunchy” tacos were soggy and shattered in chuncks. Why? Because they put them in the bottom of the bag then put the 5 big burritos on top of them. Everything was soggy. Don’t get me started on the “crunch” wrapp. Guess where it was …..on the bottom smooshed and soggy.

TRASHHHHHHHHH!!! Should be shut down immediately, they do not care about the people!!!!! Ordered the new dipping taco and they just through it all on a regular taco shell and added regular cheese on the outside of the shell hahahaha. HORRIBLE cover up! Food always freezing cold …please fire the whole store and burn the location down!!! This is the WORST taco bell in the whole state of Texas!!! Walk in the managers don’t greet customers nor the regular employees…i wouldnt recommend a homeless person to eat this garbage!!!

Writing this while litterally waiting on my order. I walked in seemingly to an empty kitchen at about 11:21 am. I waited and watched as employees in the back emerged from nowhere and would literally just pass by and not even say a word to me. Another female employee in the back with a headset and airpods in, walked from the fryer area, to the back of the kitchen and turned around to make eye contact with me and also said nothing as she kept walking away. Just as i was considering taking my money elsewhere. Another customer went behind the counter and make it known that nothing was being done about (at this point) more than one customer was not being helped. This is a constant problem at this location. Day or night. I highly recommend going to McDonald’s where at least you save money and still get better service up front than this taco bell location.

I drive a large vehicle so I cannot go through the drive thru. The hours on the door say their open at 8am. All their doors were locked. It is 8:30am. If the lobby is not open at that time they need to have that said on their door

Hire new staff or get your business in order! This is ridiculous. Multiple times I have ordered from this place on doordash, and they always, always, put cheese when I ask for no cheese. There is always an issue. Either completely wrong order or food is not prepared how it’s supposed to. Some people can’t digest cheese or consume. I have had to drive up to get the correct order before and when I order from this location again, it’s wrong again. Sometimes I’m ordering late at night and it’s the only thing I can get with my current dietary restrictions (also when I haven’t eaten much due to senior in college). No respect from employees or employers if this is how this business is ran. Atrocious.
