So expensive and they are skimping on portions. I ordered chips and queso tonight. I got cold, stale, unsalted chips and a tiny cup -not even all the way full!-of queso. How are you going to charge people $5 for chips and queso and give them old unsalted chips and a tiny little cup not even filled with queso? If you’re reading this and have been thinking about getting the chips and queso, I would absolutely tell them to fill their pathetic tiny little cup to the top with queso. Absolutely a ripoff

This is a great chipotle if you’re going to eat there, but my last 5 or so pickup and delivery orders have all come only 1/4 full, practically empty. I even started adding everything as extra of each to try to get it more full and it didn’t change anything. At this point it is a reoccurring issue with them. And to add, on this one I got a huge chunk of chicken fat. You can’t call them to fix it either, you only get a A.I. when you do.

I was on just an hour ago. My fiancé and I ordered burrito bowls and there was almost no meat on either one. AND, the attitude of these kids that work there is pathetic. They act is if they’re doing us a favor to serve us. They’re fast food workers and need to get over themselves.

ordered a steak burrito bowl and there were only a few bites of steak. I called to complain and I was routed to a call center where the girl kept saying, “I’m sorry and we’re gonna make this right.” She then told me she sent an e-mail to the store to make sure they’re giving out the correct portion sixes.” That was her making it right. I told her that sucked, even McDonald’s will give a refund. She then sent me a BOGO for a bowl. I won’t be back. This is the first time I complained; however, is the third time this happened this year.

I was supposed to get guacamole from my rewards pts and there was none. The bowl was sloppily thrown together. I’ve ordered this same bowl everytime and this one was so hot with chilies that I couldn’t eat it. Will not go back again. Too many other places to get good take out.

Out of any Chipotle I’ve been to this is by far the worst. Every time I place an order online for To-Go or Delivery it’s always wrong and then I go there the employees have no sense of urgency and are always unpleasant to communicate with. Either hire new people or get better management.

Chipotle is one of my favorite places to get food to-go because I know it will always be fresh, delicious, fast and priced reasonably. Today I placed an order from Chipotle on US 19 in Palm Harbor through their app for pick-up. When I walked up to the store, I was surprised to see that the door closest to the parking lot was locked with a sign on it indicating customers should use the main entry doors. I am not sure why this was done – I would think it would be better to have both doors working so that one could be used for entry and the other for exit to limit the need for guests to come in close contact with each other. Having only one door available for entry and exit forces guests to use the same door and run into each other when entering and exiting. It was nice to see that they were taking social distancing seriously by having small signs standing up on various tables indicating that they were not to be used. There was also a sign on the entry door stating that guests were required to wear face masks inside the store. Three small tables with umbrellas were available for outdoor dining too.
