The “Gaucho” is the South American cowboy and “asado” the traditional method of BBQ using only charcoal and a wood fire grill. These elements are integral in the Argentine, Uruguayan and Brazilian cultures. Inspired by these elements and our passionate spirit, our first restaurant & wine shop provides Miami free range, grass fed meats cooked over our wood fire grill and paired with our curated wines. Gaucho Ranch has been promoting and educating consumers about the benefits of hormone & antibiotic free beef for almost 25 years. We are overjoyed to share this experience with you. We are honored to serve you so and visit!

The food was excellent! We ordered the special cut of the week, lamb picanha, and beef tongue and it was deliciously cooked to the perfect point. The dessert, dulce de leche brulée, gave a fantastic sweet final taste. Daya and Ale made did an awesome job in our experience at Gaucho and gave nice wine recommendations! Definitely will come back to this little gem!

Outstanding food & service in this tucked away gem in the little river area. We ordered the wagyu house burger and the pork belly with sweet potato purée and for dessert the dulce de leche brûlée. I would 100% recommend it to anyone in the area.

We tried to go to Sherwood bistro but soon found out it closed permanently. When leaving the parking lot we discovered Gaucho Ranch, saw all the 5 star reviews and had to give it a try. WOW! We were so pleased that we ended up here. The beef tongue dish, the sweet breads, octopus, flat bread, specialty burger and even the sides were outstanding. Not to mention the meat is grass-fed/pasture raised. The service was great as well! Fantastic recommendations and we were treated like family. Will definitely be back and recommending to everyone. Next time ill take photos and pause before devouring this amazing food.

What a quaint little gem in Miami. Grass fed meats cooked on wood fire in an open kitchen. Great food and wine selection as well!

Walked into Gaucho Ranch on Saturday night and sat at the bar. To start with, there was some olive oil drizzled bread, toasted on the grill, and served with a herb butter. It was simple but very tasty. We ordered a bottle of Argentinan Pinot, which was great and reasonably priced. For an appetizer we ordered the roasted veggies and sausage. The salad was dressed perfectly and the sausage was charred just the right amount. For the mains we had the special which was a NY strip and then the bone broth. The steak had that same wood flavored char and cooked perfectly. We finished with the grilled pineapple which had a really great balance between the ice cream and honey goat cheese.

The food was good, the place was nice, the waitress was kind and tried her best although she didn’t speak English, but what bothers me is that they charged a $10 corkage fee when we bought a bottle of wine from their establishment. We ended up just paying it cause we didn’t want to make a scene.
