Can’t say enough about Avenue. We have been going there since they opened, it is our local go to spot. Food and service are always amazing. On Mother’s Day, I had the shakshuka special and OMG, it was awesome. Hope they add it to the regular brunch menu!

We started with yummy cocktails and the Burrata Flatbread (so good, the crust was perfection), then the fantastic Bacon Wrapped Dates (the Gorgonzola was a delicious touch). Next up was more delicious cocktails with the Whiskey Shrimp and Braised Short Ribs, both great entree choices! (The Brussel Sprouts & Sweet Potato Hash was great) We ended with tasty dessert cocktails and split the Waffle Dessert Special. So good, and thanks to the great bartenders! We can’t wait to come back

I wasn’t sure what to expect of this place at first cause it was brand new to me, had never heard of it personally but I’m glad to say I was thoroughly impressed. Avenue has a smaller menu than I’m used to seeing but that seems to allow their chefs to really make everything that comes out excellent. We got fried calamari, risotto balls, buffalo chicken dip and the avenue burger. Everything was delicious. The cocktails were also really good, tries several drinks I’d never had before, my personal favorite being the opal essence. Our waitress was awesome, very friendly and helpful and checked on us, for me, with perfect frequency. Not too often but we were also not craning out necks looking for her, she always came back when we were just about ready for something else. The place was full but did not feel crowded and it was surprisingly big inside considering it’s location. There is a parking lot right around the corner from the building, maybe a 1 min walk at most.

Avenue is a beautiful, new restaurant in Bellmore town. We love to sit at the bar and order one of their specialty martinis with a few appetizers. The pomegranate martini and the raspberry & coconut martinis are delicious and beautiful as well. So far we’ve had the shrimp tacos, wings and crab cakes. We enjoyed them all. It’s a great little place close to home.

This was my first time trying Avenue Social and I was so excited as I heard great things about it. I arrived with my sister and brother-in-law. We had three appetizers, three entrees and several cocktails. Right after we finished our entrees our waitress came to the table to inform us “my manager said, if you want to continue drinking we will move you to the bar”. There was not a single seat at the bar available and she did not even ask us if we wanted dessert. We felt very rushed and uncomfortable. That experience put a bad taste in our mouths and the food wasn’t good enough to ever return.

Went for brunch today with my family for birthday celebrations. The overall experience was okay, but I would not return. The Bloody Mary drinks were terrible. Prices are high…… drinks need help. The food was perfect, yet pricey for an omelet. The staff was accommodating to all. Thank you but I will not be back.
