Horrible customer service. Twice now they’ve missed food items that I ordered online. The first time I believed because when we got there out entire order was missing, my husband was asked to go inside to show the order but when he went around he was rudely gestured to go back through the drive thru by a rather large employee. This time ONLY 1 item was missing and the food was ready when we got there. Not until we got home we noticed. I called and the employee tried to blame the system but that did not make sense since it was only 1 item, I was telling her so when she basically cut me off and told me to listen. I told her not to tell me to listen and that I did not need an explanation just my food so my husband could go pick it up. She then put me on “hold” and hung up on me! When I got to the restaurant she did not even come out from the back. All I got was her name (Celia) and NO APOLOGY. They really don’t care when they mess up and the inconvenience they cause.

Way to expensive. I asked for more napkins 3 times they gave me 1 at a time. Told me that was company policy. I told her i just spent $37.00 on 2 value meals least you can do is give me some napkins. Especially when your modo is ( If it dont get all over the place it dont belong in your face).

Lost a customer today. I really wanted the chicken and waffle sandwich…Carl’s Jr should be ashamed to charge so much for such a small sandwich, I took it back and Rose offered me an exchange so I got the BLT Angus thick burger, now by this time I’m really hungry so I open my burger it looks good but it smells funny(fishy) I took a bite anyways and almost threw up while driving. Very disappointing .

I work at a full service restaurant so I’m normally not harsh when it comes to when I dine out whether it’s wait time, missing items, or close times. I respectfully never visit restaurants in the last 30min of business hours as I know that they are preparing to close and I know how it is to have someone come in 3-15min before closing and cause staff to stay on for additional unnecessary time. HOWEVER, this Carl’s Jr. is CONSISTENTLY closed about an hour prior to listed hours online both via the Carl’s Jr. Website, Google and Apple Maps. Friday night restaurant was supposed to close at 2am, at 1:10 am pulling into the drive through the staff goes on the intercom to state they are closed. Either hours should be adjusted online or staff should not be closing an hour before listed business hours.

Claudia the cashier made it difficult to order. I don’t eat beef for religious reasons, and she didn’t let me modify my order In order to fit my dietary needs.I had to order something completely different because I couldn’t get a burger substituted with a chicken patty.
