This is the THIRD time(same order) they have given me pork when I ordered chicken, and no extra lettuce. Customer service was a hassle(wanted me to call throughout the day for a refund because my order hasn’t shown in the system and you can’t refund in-store.)

I just went through the drive thru and ordered a Tostada with an extra 4 oz dressing. I paid an extra dollar to get only half??? I checked if I got both of my sauces when I was in line but didn’t think I would have to check inside them too. Also, why do they ask for Tips in the drive thru?? Super disappointing.

This is the worst Café Rio location of any I’ve ever been to. If you’re in the area make the drive over to Taylorsville or Sandy. The staff haven’t gotten my drive through order right one single time in two years since they opened this location. I just stopped in for dinner and when I got home to start eating I noticed there was no meat at all. This was quite upsetting, especially since I paid extra for Birria beef. I can’t imagine returning to this location and I hope Cafe Rio remedies this by providing a full refund, or more.

Sadly found a fly in the pie I ordered. According to the sticker it shouldn’t have been sold to me anyway and thrown out that morning. The food here is has been good before but it doesn’t take much to ruin it.

I feel as if most Cafe Rio locations have gone downhill in the last few years but I have yet to have a single good experience at this location. They mess my order up in multiple ways every single time and are rude when you ask for the items you paid for. I live down the road but actively go out of my way to avoid ever going to this location again.

I didn’t know cafe Rio could be so bad. Literally nobody talks to you in the store. We waited forever for our food. We can’t get anyone’s attention to let them know that we haven’t gotten our food. When we finally do, we find out that they gave it out to somebody in the drive through and have to remake it. Every single person before us had something wrong with their order that needed fixed. One guy had to just walk right back into the kitchen to get his food. It was almost entertaining how bad it was, so I guess we got something out of it.

Pretty good good. One kid was sitting off at a table having his lunch and the others were working and when they put the order on the counter they didn’t say the names of the orders so if you’re not paying attention to the screen you don’t know it’s yours. The girl working who put my food on the counter also didn’t give me my cups and if I wasn’t honest i could have helped myself to two large drinks instead of just one and a reg. Also whenever I go to any cafe Rio they clean the crafted drinks everytime at 9pm and I’m always there for dinner and like the mint limeade with my meal but I always either have to miss out on a refill or interrupt them and ask them to let me top off my drink before they take it away. You think that would be one of the last things cleaned up… At least at the food places I’ve worked that was the last thing becuz people like a refill to go…
