I’m never disappointed when I come to this location. The food is always hot, and even though I had to remind them my food was sitting on the counter when they brought everyone else’s, they were fast and responsive. It’s a little chaotic in there because of the rush, and things are taking a bit longer, but the short staff crew they had delivered a hot meal. You guys rock!

This location has the friendliest staff that I’ve ever seen at ANY fast food restaurant!!! I can only speak for the AM crew, I’ve never been for anything other than breakfast. But when I do I will definitely edit my review . Also this location is VERY CLEAN. The ladies restroom was spotless, the tables as well as chairs/booths were also spotless! VERY IMPRESSED with this location.

I’m a mc donalds fan, but this was by far my worst experience with the franchise, I placed my order at 2am, and the store was empty, I understand that the store serves the drive, but I waited for more than 30 minutes, and when I questioned a one of the employees she said it was not ready, so I asked for my money back, the employee rudely started yelling at me asking me to wait, so I insisted on asking for my money back, and after a lot of discussion another person came to talk to me saying that my order was ready, 30 minutes to wait for a single snack in an empty store is no longer good for the franchise, even more so for an employee yelling at the customer telling him to wait, it was the most ridiculous thing that ever happened to me within the franchise, I’m embarrassed and upset by what happened.

I took my grandchild to this McDonald’s but was somewhat disappointed. First of all they got his order wrong. It was somewhat busy but service was horrible. There was one African-American lady who was very kind and I wish I could remember her name but she was excellent! The bathrooms were very smelly. And McDonald’s what is going on with the prices? I guess you can’t get a dollar hamburger anymore. The interior design of the McDonald’s was actually very well done and had a contemporary modern look. However there were no Outlets where I could charge my telephone. Maybe that’s something that McDonald’s could add to their design overall.

I will not give any stars for service or atmosphere as both were awful. 2 sundaes took at least 30 minutes before we got them, and we had to ask as the number given from the self-service machine was on the screen for about a minute and then disappeared. There were lots of angry customers being given the wrong orders and staff who were laughing at the chaos. McDs used to be great. Unfortunately, since the delivery service started, they are mainly awful places to visit.

I stayed near McDonald’s at 5401 Altamira Dr, Orlando, FL 32819. Despite placing an order through the app for walk-in pickup due to the rain and lack of a car, my experience turned out to be disappointing. Upon arrival, I found that the McDonald’s was undergoing remodeling. The only operational option was the drive-thru, and unfortunately, they refused to fulfill our order or refund our money. This encounter left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, making it a truly unpleasant and unfortunate experience.

Probably some of the worst fast food service I have ever recieved. Me and my family came here on vacation to get breakfast before we hit the road. We waited 30 minutes for our food, which is mind boggling to me since all the food is prepackaged and microwaved. All 4 of our coffees had no creamer and no ice. Our sandwiches had no cheese, and the woman that helped us dropped the food off and left. There was a sandwich missing on our tray, and upon asking about it everyone looked at us like I was speaking a different language. The customer service was horrible. Their excuse for having no creamer in the coffee was that their creamer pump empty as if they could not refill it. I am glad we don’t live here because this is not an experience I’d want to go through ever again. A waste of 30 minutes and $24.
