Everytime I order donuts, it comes out from the fridge and its stale, that’s a given. I ordered an everything bagel, it was frozen inside, I had to AGAIN throw it out. The filters are never fixed properly, theres always coffee grounds in the coffee. The only positive at this location, is that the staff manners and courteousness are improving.

Stopped by Dunkin drive thru after an early doctor’s appointment to refuel on caffeine. I ordered my typical hot French vanilla coffee, which was delicious. My mother had a perfectly sweet iced tea. The two chocolate glazed donuts were super fresh. To top it off, the woman serving us, was extremely pleasant and had a great smile!!

You would expect to get Good customer service at this location especially judging by their great reviews. Pray your order is correct and you aren’t missing or have to ask for anything to be corrected cus If you do, get ready to mess up your morning and potentially end up in jail. I wish i got her name but it doesn’t matter they have camera footage. I will adamantly contact Corporate/the Franchise owner!!!

I am a daily consumer of this Dunkin. Every morning I ask for the same. Today Inintended to pay with a $50 bill and the woman in a very rude manner told me they don’t accept anything bigger than $20. I’m like I come here everyday and you know me. I didn’t have another method of payment so I left and she put such an angry face. I am not ever coming back to this place. Rude angry people. Not the first time they have bad attitudes but the first time I felt it personally towards me. If management really read these reviews, talk to the cashier at your window Monday June 12 at 6:15 AM

Been here 3 separate times and each time they have gotten my order wrong. I included a photo for reference. I ordered a peach passion fruit refresher with green tea and they gave me the one on the right with coconut milk. The one on the left is made with green tea that I got at a different location. I even asked the guy if he was sure it was made with green tea and he said yes.

Walked in to the restaurant, the lady at the drive thru gave a look like she was bothered that we walked in, then walked by us twice and never acknowledged us. We waited no one ever came to take the order so we left… Then my husband stated that this is the 2nd time this happened to him at this location. If your employee doesn’t want dining customers or she is not happy working there then she needs to find a new job. We would never go back again the place was not even busy.
