Quirky decor and hole-in-the-wall dining. Service was excellent as always and my favorite dish was the smothered grilled chicken. The mushrooms were a little heavy on the breading, but good. Mashed potatoes were creamy, delish and prepared skin on, the best!

We stopped here on our way to south padre. Once we pulled up it looked a little sketchy, but once inside the atmosphere is super cool and inviting! The only Complaint I have is that our food took about 40 min and we had a toddler. The food was very good! The steak was a little thin but good overall. The staff was so sweet and great to us. I recommend if your not in a hurry.

Really cool place we’ve wanted to try for a while but unfortunately wasn’t the best service or food. Took a long time to be greeted, seated and served. Expected down home country style cooking but it seemed more like frozen fry and serve and was pretty bland. The loaded mashed potatoes were good and seemed homemade and fresh. Despite being less than impressed, still tipped our server 20% and she didn’t even say thank you.

This Restaurant is pure local. The food was great. The service was excellent and the inside what’s 100% Raymonville. The outside entrance does not do justice to the great work that people inside are doing. But who cares about the outside everything else is great. My wife and I highly recommend this restaurant!

Boot co. Was an alright place to eat. Nothing special nothing too bad. The place looked closed until I pasted by again and saw the door cracked. The owner or manager would do well to put on open sign or some lighting outside to show that they were open. Even possibly opening the door and putting a sign out or something. The decor is very fun and inviting and very interesting to look at and to read some of the articles.

Normally this is a good place to eat but today they just didn’t care. Ordered four ribeyes dinners, three out of the four orders were wrong. Also ordered a burger the bun was burned real bad but the cook just flipped it over like we wouldn’t notice. Sent 2 dinners back to be redone when we got them all they did was trade my steak into my wife’s meal and cook it some more. They gave me a different steak but was not a 12 Oz steak, reason we sent them back orders were wrong, steaks were at least 25% fat, huge chucks of it then all they did was trade our dinners like we wouldn’t notice. Asked for the manager he said all the steaks look the same nothing we can do. Returned one steak dinner suffered through the others. Funny thing is I saw him in the back patio eating his steak dinner right before we left, and imagine that he had a perfect steak on his plate no huge chucks of fat. Just be careful what you order. If you can screw up a burger… well you now from there it’s all down hill. Not even a comp, or an apology for being sneaky on switching steaks nothing. Apologize should’ve taken a picture.

I came to purchase car scents & ended up ordering food to go. While I waited for my order, I sat down with my child & enjoyed looking at all their antique decor that we ended up staying and eating in. The food is delicious & a good portion is served. The staff is extremely nice. I’m happy I was brought here due to wanting scents for my car. I will be back in the future.

The food and service was great. I really enjoyed the fried pickles and fried mushrooms as appetizers. We went on a Friday night and after our meal we went out to the back for music and drinks (starts at 8pm). My husband and I recommend this place.
