My husband and I went in today, he got the half rack of ribs and I got the chicken club sandwich. This visit was the best visit we have ever had at ANY Rib Crib. Food and Sever were amazing!

Sam was our waitress and was absolutely wonderful! She engaged with both our kids and had a great attitude especially for as late as it was when we came in 7:30pm. The place was warm which was a nice getaway from the cold wind outside. Christine the manager was so sweet as she came over to our table to meet and greet (and not only our table either!) She really seem to have a personal connection with the customers and employees. Food was great and came out in less than 20min. Overall A+ experience!!!

We ordered thru uber . We were really excited . The ribs were extremely dry which was disappointing . The flavors were there onions rings were great just the meat was on the dry side . It was our first and last time .

I was fairly disappointed this time when we came for dinner last night! First we were set at a dirty table..it wasn’t busy and there were plenty of empty ones, then we were set at a table for 4 when we had 5..there was no excuse in us being crowded up when the restaurant was fairly empty and had bigger tables. Our food was cold, it was good just cold besides the fries they were hot. Y’all were out of spuds at 7 on a Saturday night. The bbq bottles on the tables all had dry bbq sauce around the tip where you pour things like that should be cleaned up in between guests. It was just a rough night. We have enjoyed it before and had hot food I’m not sure what was up with last night.
