Food was really good. Kids enjoyed the Picanha with the garlic butter sauce. Being a rice-eater, this is probably the best rice we’ve had since we arrived in Florida last month. Service was great. Kudos to you, Jeff! Store is lucky to have you.

First time experience here at Giraffas Fontainebleau. Ordered a Brutus Burger which came out quickly. The meat quality is really great for the price, although it was seasoned slightly on the salty side for my preferences. The restaurant itself is situated in a really nice location and isn’t too far from FIU’s Engineering Campus. Overall a nice experience paired with pricing that reflects the quality of food.

The staff here are phenomenal. The menu was recently updated but the prices are fair and portions generous. Most importantly, the food is incredible, enjoy a picaña steak. My favorite part, they allow pets in the two outdoor seating areas.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First we were greeted by the waiter that was complaining about her previous costumers and complained about having to pick up their table. They charged me 5 dollars more for adding chicken to my ceaser salad which tasted HORRIBLE. The salads at chick fil A are tens times better and cheaper and my boyfriend received a burger the size of an apple. The can of soda was 4 dollars. The experience and food was ridiculous.

They have a very confusing menu. We were charge for fries, sauce, cheese and for a bigger steak. Because the size is just 4 oz, yes just 4 oz.

I am so upset because I really wanted to like this restaurant. I ate steak, rice and beans and farofa. I went home and felt fine, but a few hours later experienced awful stomach pains, upset stomach, etc. I don’t feel good and im very upset. Please double check how your meat/food is handled and prepared. I hope this doesn’t turn into the stomach flu.

The hamburgers are delicious but pricey. I can’t go too often. They charge extra dollar if you add cheese. I spend $45.00 on a meal of burgers and fries for only 4 people. Way too much!!!!

Nice! Less busy than other locations but same great food and service you’d expect from Giraffas chain. For fast food that’s home style it’s a notch above Pollo Tropical. Try the Pan de Queiso 🙂
