I just went this morning with my 8 year old son. The music was wayyyy too loud, and super inappropriate for a public place. I felt like we walked in the club. Women didn’t have anything prepared. You would think it would all be ready to go when those doors open for business. No cookies out. She handles the money with gloved hand and didn’t changer her gloves. Camera footage needs to be watched on this one at 1040am 6/2. But good luck hearing any auto with how loud the music was. She couldn’t even hear me place my order. If you don’t want to work at jimmy John’s, then don’t work there. It’s that simple.

I normally use the app when I order from this location. The delivery drivers are always friendly and the food is spot on. When I go into the location it is another story. 1. They never ask for my phone number so I can claim points towards my rewards. 2. They seem to rush the order, maybe they do this to have the Freaky Fast service but it comes off as being rude and like I am bothering them. They stare at me waiting to hear what I am ordering so they can start making it but I customize my sandwich and it takes me a moment to remember —again they look at me like I am a huge inconvenience while they wait for me to update my order. When I have gone in there has been no one else in the store and about 3-4 staffers. I will just keep ordering via the app.

Had the Bootlegger Club. Too much mayonnaise, not a lot of flavor, but made quick, and for a sandwich shop, there was an expected amount of meat. Wife had the Country Club and said the same about her sandwich. Pretty much an average sandwich. But, we were both hungry and had not eaten yet that day and it was already 2PM. Clean facility and really friendly folks working there. I did go to wash my hands prior to eating, and while the facilities were clean, clearly they were used to smoke weed in, as both of us felt as though we might have gotten a contact high due to the massive weed smoke smell. To an extent, I get it, though. Wouldn’t do it myself, but food service sucks. Most people are rude and act entitled, so, hey, if you gotta do that to get through your shift, no worries here. Just please make sure you wash your hands before handling my food, cause it’s not my jam.

Ordered a BLT with extra veggies. Got some of the extra veggies (very soggy) but no Tomatoes in my BLT. Bread was soggy due to the NOT crisp veggies. Called and the sent a new sandwich. Tipped the driver again cause it wasn’t his fault. Guess I shouldn’t have. New blT had 2 butt ends of a miniature tomato and 2 other side and slimy. Other veggies were soggy which made the bread soggy again. Got a pound of lettuce though lol.

The Epitome of disappointment. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I honestly don’t know why I continue to patronize this Jimmy John’s. I’m sympathetic to the current state that we are in. I understand staffing shortages and how hard it is to get and keep good employees but over the last two years how much disappointment can one person take. I’m talking taking an hour and 45 minutes to deliver a sandwich 1 mile a way. I’m talking forgetting my straw and napkins 40% of the time. Getting a sandwich that is so soggy you can’t even pick it up. I have Type 1 Diabetes and I just had to dump my large soda because I got Dr. Pepper instead of Diet Coke Awesome. If your looking for a more quality Jimmy Johns head down to Quincy and Buckley you’ll probably be able to pick up your sandwich and drive back before you’ll get your delivery from this store. If you looking to experience a quality sandwich look somewhere else this store is so disappointing. I can forgive the long wait times but consistently forgetting items and delivering the wrong items like a full sugar soda to a Diabetic is unacceptable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It shouldn’t take and hour and half for a sandwich and delivery of less than 2 miles. I’ll definitely take my business to another sandwich shop from here on out.

Me and my husband went in yesterday around 4:45pm to get some dinner bc it was close and some subs sounded great. The two workers one male and one female even tho no one was in the store besides us treated us poorly as well as being rude about the questions i had asked. I have never been to a JJs and we did not take long to order having previewed the menu online. I asked the female worker if the turkey they had was lunchmeat or if it was actual turkey and she was confused by the question but said that it was fresh turkey breast so i ordered a LuLu club combo bc it was not lunchmeat (i am not a fan of turkey lunch meat which i had stated to them when taking my order so i wanted to make sure it wasnt) and my husband ordered Beach club combo. They just handed us our sandwiches and started to ignore us. We went ahead and grabbed our own drink cups confused and then i realized we did not get the side item. I had looked online at the menu and it said combos came with either a pickle or a bag of chips. I asked the female worker about getting a pickle and she said just to grab a pack of chips from the front counter and said something about the pickle i did not understand and walked away with a mumbled sort of “apology”. I wanted the pickle because i love them but they couldn’t be bothered to pay attention to us as they were filling some kind of boxes on a table in the lobby so they were too busy to care is the way I perceived their attitudes to be. The sandwich i had ordered which was supposed to come with the turkey breast had lunch meat on it as well so i was very dissatisfied with my meal and overall experience. i did not come in with any sort of hostility or rudeness and i tried my best to be nice to them as maybe they were having an off night but having my order wrong tipped me over the edge as i don’t feel i deserved the service i was given.

I think I’m just used to getting service from mildly grumpy 16 year olds at the JJ by my house but I walked in here last week and was instantly warmly greeted by the sandwich maker. The person who rang me up was also friendly and personable. It was a really pleasant experience, one that I don’t typically expect from fast food joints these days.

Sandwich took a freaky long time, an hour. And bread was doughy with finger prints of person who made it. Won’t be ordering here again sad because it’s so close.
