Oh my goodness, best steak I’ve ever had. The little potatoes were great too. Didn’t have to wait long for the food and they were fairly busy. Jordan our server was very nice and Sara was kind, not to mention strikingly beautiful! Took some leftovers back to the room, but they didn’t last the night, I just couldn’t stop eating it!

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to. Food is amazing, the service is great as I felt like I was more family then a customer. The atmosphere is perfect for date night or just sometime with friends. Overall if you enjoy amazing food I suggest visiting here and I recommend the fried chicken. The salmon was great and I don’t tend to like fish that much and there meatballs are amazing (forgot to take picture of that one)

The menu selections were very impressive. Both the appetizer and our meals were artfully presented and had wonderful flavor. While we were very happy with the meal and the atmosphere, unfortunately the service left much to be desired. Our server (Travis) was extremely distracted and forget even the basics during our dining experience. He had to leave our table and return with the following items: the evening’s menu specials, water (after the glass sat empty for 15 mins), additional beverages, the box for leftovers, and even our tab! At one point we asked another server to find him for us. That distracted quite a bit from what otherwise would have been a delightful birthday celebration. We hope to try again with better results.

It was my first time dining here. It was a great experience! Our server was fantastic, the atmosphere was great and the food was phenomenal. I had made reservations for my friend and I and we had a nice table away from things but we could see a lot of the restaurant. The server was very helpful with our making decisions on what to order. The feta starter was delicious! The salmon as well. And we had the server surprise us with a choice of two desserts. He chose the baked Alaska and it was delicious as well. It was my first time having it and it didn’t disappoint. I would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return. I also appreciate them validating your parking. Wonderful experience!

My husband and I came in tonight to celebrate our anniversary and arrived about 45 min earlier than expected for our reservation. The hostesses were friendly and polite. After just a few minutes Chuck had a spot opened up for us at the bar and we were seated while we waited for our table. The service team is FANTASTIC!! Even if you think you know what you want, ask “Behind The Bar” members for their recommendations. I promise, you won’t regret it. Chuck, Delaney, and Jay were amazing and made us feel appreciated. Chuck went out of his way to check in with us and make recommendations for upcoming visits and other suggestions for pairings. Everything was EXCELLENT! It’s impossible to beat the service we had tonight. The attention and care the team gives to the details shows from the drink selections to the placement of garnish in plating to the heartfelt well wishes. This was our first visit but we will be back and encouraging friends and family to seek Brick and Brine out!

Truly the best ribeye I’ve ever had. I ordered med-rare and it was perfect. Great cut. So flavorful. I had my excellent server bring out the chef to personally thank them. The owner also checked on us during our meal to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. This is not the first time I have dined at Brick and Brine. I have always been impressed by the great service and delicious food.

My wife and I had the very best dining experience of our lives, while celebrating our 50th anniversary last night. The service was impeccable. The food was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. Our server, Kimberley, explained the drink and food menus perfectly and answered any questions without hesitation. It was obvious that she was fully aware of each menu item.

Great restaurant, excellent service. We ate there 3 night in a row while staying at the Radisson. We had initially planned to try 3 different restaurants on the mall during our stay but we loved Brick and Brine so much we never left. The food was prepared perfectly and the staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Marshal the manager, went out of his way to accommodate us on a busy Friday night. Our servers Felicity and Michael were amazing. Since Covid, service at most restaurants has been lacking. It was nice to dine in a top notch restaurant that actually delivered on service. I highly recommend Brick and Brine.
