We were there 08/28/23, we ordered the chicken salad sandwich (both myself and my boyfriend). After our plates were given to us we noticed a hair in his plate (short black hair) on his pickle spear, so he just moved it and ate everything but the pickle spear. Then as I was eating, I lifted up my other half of the sandwich and there was a hair in my sandwich so I didn’t get to eat it.

First time for hubby and I. He got a garden fresh turkey sandwich with fresh steamed broccoli and I got the McAlister club with potato salad along with sweet for both. We were not disappointed. The food was great and the service was awesome.

Update: ordered on the app and used the pick up window for the first time. Food is good, however both my sweet teas were unsweet (we do not like/drink unsweet) and I already left before trying my drink. Sigh… Because we love their sweet and was a waste of two drinks, but other than that everything else was fine.

Pretty good Giant spuds!!! Tried their Chipotle Chicken and Bacon, and Spud Max. This was our first time at MacAlister’s Deli and their food was perfect for our lunch. We will definitely come back again.

Used to be consistently good but the last few times were just ok. The Reuben remains the best but the beef and cheddar is a a huge disappointment. It was all bread. When the issue was pointed out to the manager she said it was supposed to be that way. There was literally skimpy meat that you could clearly see the inside of the bread. My reuben was stacked high. Management said the beef and cheddar was the correct proportioned 4 ounces. Wish I would have had my scale because I highly doubt it. The manager didn’t seem happy when we ordered either. For what you pay you expect enough meat to taste the meat.

Good food, just higher than other sandwich shops, but they do stack the meat on and the cookies are almost like grandmas. Seem to have a wide variety of options to satisfy any taste. This store is tucked away and parking is limited, so be prepared to deal with that issue. Friendly service and welcoming attitudes.

We usually come here and the food and service is usually great, but this time we got a to go order and I found a long hair deep in my sandwich that I couldn’t even pull out, I opened it up and found another long hair. Absolutely disgusted and won’t be coming back.
