They got everything about the order wrong. The chicken was soggy, not crispy. The meal was just breasts – that wasn’t what we ordered. The spicy chicken was not spicy. The food was barely warm. And the wait time for barely warm food was very long. Disgusting!

The cashier didn’t complete my order correctly.I ordered 2k 3 piece dinner, then added one additional side.She got the order wrong then after I left I had to turn around and go back to KFC because she didn’t put no eating utensils in the bag . And she didn’t even apologize or acknowledged it . I didn’t realize that she gave me the wrong pieces of chicken until I got to my destination
