Service was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. However, I would not come here again. If you have dietary restrictions there are not many options for you. I have celiac and all I could eat was steamed edamame. Most restaurants carry gluten free soy sauce and this was not an option here.

I was so excited to try a new ramen spot but was very disappointed. To start, the guy had a heavy accent and I asked him to repeat himself twice which I know is annoying but I needed to know we were on the same page and I started getting yelled at ( I literally went to cry in my car ) I am sensitive but still it was over the top. Even after all that I thought maybe the food will make up for my experience thus far but …The ramen was SO BLAND. I tried making it better by adding spices at home and nothing worked. NO FLAVOR AT ALL. Definitely overrated

Found this place searching for a noodle house. Couldn’t have been any happier and content walking out of this place afterwards. Got here right when they opened at 5:30pm and so glad we did! The place is small and authentic. It immediately filled up. The soup base is so delicious and couldn’t get enough of. The half boiled egg was on point and so flavorful. It took on all of the spices introduced in the broth. We ordered sushi too, which was amazing too! Highly recommend this place. Service was quick and attentive. The restaurant was full but so was the take out line. It was just an additional affirmation that Mon Ramen has it going on.

This is the go-to spot for Ramen in the valley. There is no need to keep searching because this place delivers quality, fresh, amazing Ramen. One thing to note is that most ramen meals fluctuate between outstanding and great, depending on time of day, day of the week, etc. It’s always good, but sometimes it’s better than good. I recently ordered delivery with a service and while meal arrived hot, their “must have” house hot sauce was not supplied. I ordered popcorn shrimp sushi, which was standardly terrific but was also disappointed to not receive typical ginger and wasabi. Recommend the chicken shoyu ramen and you won’t be disappointed with any of their appetizers.

Cash and card accepted with plenty of on-site parking. It’s a pretty small place with two- and four-tops with bar style seating along one wall. I had the gyoza and tonkotsu ramen. Everything was good, but it’s the service that really shines here. The servers are so jovial that it adds some entertainment to the meal. Overall a very good experience!

Ok, so this place is overreacted. Saw the 4 and half star reviews and was expecting more than what I got. Got there at 6 and was greeted and seated right away. our waitress was very nice and friendly. Ordered the spicy volcano roll and sadly was not spicy AT ALL. Hardly any flavor. My bf got their spicy deluxe meaty miso ramen and it was not spicy AT ALL. I ordered their spicy miso pork chashu ramen and sadly…. Bland and salty with NO SPICE. I don’t know what the hype is about, but Kopan Ramen wayyyyyy better. The only positive thing I can say about this place is the portions are big. The ramen looks delicious in photos, but that’s about it.

The best ramen I’ve ever had, nowhere even comes close. The broth is amazingly flavorful, the chashu is melt in your mouth soft, it couldn’t be more perfect. The rest of the menu is good too, I just can’t turn down that ramen!
