This is the first time I order thru papa Murphy’s. I order online thinking my order should be ready by the time I get there like every other pizza company I order in the past but when I got there they told me they’ve been trying to reach me and say that my order will take 30 min and that I had to wait another 15 min for my pizza while I’m there. I didn’t received any call from them. Beside I got there 5 min late and I still have to wait while people who was here to order got theirs first. Customer service sucks. Never again!

It’s expensive, a majority of the people I know who absolutely love Papa Murphy’s buy it with food stamps which I do not get so I feel like the pizza is sort of pricey especially since I’m taking it home and cooking it myself. We got a large and a medium for like 30$ and when I order delivery from another place I can get two pizzas, bread sticks, and chicken wings for like 35$. The pizza is good though and they make them fast and are friendly so thanks for that!

Honestly, this review is for the owner that owns Papa Murphy’s, drug testing company and an SM Transit company, if you are going to buy into a pizza location for your OWN monetary gain, try to pass yourself off as a great owner and lie through your teeth to your employees! I’ve never seen such a sad excuse for why the owner of this place would alter their employees pay that works here, this place is of greed and not for the community, sure their pizzas, salads and goods are fresh, but the one things that’s not fresh is the way the business is conducted. The end result of this situation means that the public it serves is also affected, this store I betcha doesn’t even comply properly, some of their equipment looked dirty and not maintained, leading to possible contamination. Please have different services come out and inspect this store, they need to be looked at, the owner needs to wake up.
