This place has extremely delicious falafel pita sandwiches. When I pass by this store I love to even smell the falafel sandwich. The staff are very nice and helpful. I also have had lamb and beef pita sandwich here and it was good too. They have also a bunch of bakery options available in the storefront. The orders get ready very fast. This place has no dine-in but is located very conveniently in central Sq.

Went for 1st time this week. I had the chicken shawarma. Very good! Everything was extremely fresh & the pita was perfect. Garlic sauce is awesome! Only thing I can say is the portion could’ve been slightly bigger for the price. The woman working was very nice too. I’ll be back on a regular basis, highly recommend.

Passing though Cambridge and had heard some good things about Aleppos Palace. Stopped in and got a falafel verde platter and lentil soup. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, instructing the cook to give us some extra things to try in the platter as well as two delicious pistachio/tahini desserts. If I lived here id probably be there twice a week. That’s some old school class a customer service you don’t find just anywhere.

The chicken wrap was flavorless and had the texture of boiled meat. It’s really gone downhill. If you do go, give tips in cash so the staff can keep it.

Ordered some falafel and half was stale / old and the other half was much fresher. The stale falafel was horrendous, really upset that their vegetarian option was lacking. Also got a chicken pita that was pretty good, but this place is far too expensive to justify that.

Workers can’t get the order right. Wouldn’t matter if they did because the food is terrible. The Shawarma is pure slop and the portion is sad. Inauthentic and lazy recipes from the owner who only cares about profit.

I recently ordered two wraps to go from Aleppo and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The shawarma I ordered was dry and tasteless.

We just ordered and picked up maybe 8-9 sandwiches mostly falafel and a chicken shawarma. There were 3 Indian ladies making them and although I have been coming here for years, tonight was horrible. I think they were new employees. They put so much hot sauce and so much condiments on the sandwich that it was wet and soggy and none of us could eat it. It was nice of them to include an eggplant dish complimentary but honestly we were all disappointed and it ruined our dinner.
