Good service, friendly counter staff! But when I pointed out a large water puddle on the floor between where you order and where you pick up, and told the girl it was a slip hazard. She pointed out they put up a Wet Floor sign 4 feet away and out of sight if youre at the counter instead of coming out and cleaning it up.

Would be great not to have to wait almost 20 minutes for easy to make food. But I guess when it’s one person working carryout and their other person is more worried about pulling his pants up,having his ear bud in and rubbing his mouth and scratching his head with gloves on is not very sanitary. While the rest walk around doing nothing but we can all watch as they try harder to get the drive thru orders done or orders for people that came in after you get there food.

Ordered the nuggets and they were out of stock, so we ordered the family meal of tenders 5 sauces and added an additional sauce. When we got home there were no sauces and missing a tender I called and was told they don’t charge for sauce so they won’t reimburse anything for the missing 6 sauces He also told me there was some kind of a manager that was coming to the location the next day and he would have him call me left my number and noone called. The staff was fantastic the sign for the menu was set up to be deceptive. Very misleading by design. I will not be back. Do not like that they try to mislead you on price. It ended up being over 40 dollar’s for two people.

Sad store…drivethrough is closed down and the asphalt drive through surface is loaded with potholes and very rough. Inside it’s dark, seems like lights are barely on in the dining area. Just seems dirty…food is dropped on surfaces, doesn’t look like anyone cares to wipe anything up. Floor is grubby. Checkout staff is friendly enough but it seems they are sorely understaffed or this place is ready to get shuttered. Would hate to see it go but if no one cares to keep it up, might be just as well. Food was fine and they didn’t have any shortages of chicken for the 8 piece meals. So they are keeping up.
