First time at this location, ordered online pickup. The sandwich itself was decent but the customer service was not. There was no one in the store, I enter and there was no greeting. The African American male there asked if I was picking up or ordering, I said pickup and then was asked for my name and I gave it. My bag with my sandwich, chips, and cup was on the rack. He basically was like there it is, didn’t hand it to me or anything (an individual at another location has literally walked to me and handed my bag on numerous occasions as a comparison of service) and walked away, no “thank you”, “have a good day”…nothing. Sigh, the energy all around was just not good at all and negative (I legit felt it), I didn’t feel a welcoming presence. Essentially, I felt like I was bothering the guy, which says a lot.

A very good and clean location. Their employees are always friendly and welcoming. Regardless of whether it’s an healthy option or not, but their food is good and I enjoy their soft bread. I love Jersey Mikes for their sandwiches. I placed an order through the phone and they told me they were out of a soda. When I went to pick up the order, there were plenty in stock. Additionally, in waiting for my mobile order (that I placed 10 minutes in advance) people who arrived at the store and placed an order while I was waiting for mine got theirs before me.

Just got screamed profanities at by Greg when I simply asked if it would be easier if I told him what was on my to go order that I could see he was making. He screamed that I can’t f’kn read and then told me it would be easier if I would sit in the corner and shut up and wait for my order. I used to go to this jersey mikes frequently but never again. My take out order wasn’t ready when I got there and they had to look it up because the machine that printed out orders had an issue. Had asked for cucumbers and honey mustard and didn’t get the cucumbers and one of the employees argued that I didn’t order honey mustard because it didn’t show up on their ticket. Normally service is good and staff is friendly but not on this visit.

Fast and friendly. My girlfriend and I came in and ordered a big kahuna which is my favorite hot sandwich. The guy suggested it would be easier for us if he cut it in half before they cooked since he figured we were splitting it. Nice observation. We got our drinks and barely took two sips when he brought the sandwich out smoking hot. the place was very clean with a tv going in the background. They may be a little tough to see from the road but well worth looking for.

I stopped in briefly for a philly sub. Three adolescent staff were in the shop; none seemed at the least friendly. While the bread was fresh, my sub did require modifications at home. The meat was dry/overcooked & I had to add mayo, cheese, seasoning etc. For $10 per regular sized sandwich I absolutely expect more and won’t return.
