I have ordered delivery 2 times over the last week, this store has repeatedly burnt the thin crust I ordered. The other pizzas are always either barely warm by the time I get them, or cold. The wait times are absolutely crazy. This last time the driver was extremely rude.

Well first order this week forgot the Buffalo on a pizza that’s just chicken and Buffalo, well I got a credit and then can’t even get through to the store to use the credit today it just goes to whatever they use for third party to answer phones instead. So obviously I’m not tipping I’m already having to pay more than planned anyways, 19.70 for a sandwich and bread, so I hand him a 20 he says out of 20 I said yes, he says wow 30 cents okay. Yes 30cents you guys constantly mess up orders and now you can’t even use a credit because you can’t get through to the store. Get a different job if you don’t like it

Ordered a pizza for delivery they said it’d be 30 to 35 minutes and hour later we’re still waiting, I call up there they said they got backed up. Pizza finally arrived and it’s luke warm, we only live 4 blocks away so it must have been sitting out for a while. I call up there and complain about it and asked for it to be thin crust. They make it thick crust again. I asked them to replace it before I left the restaurant and they tell me I’d have to pay for it. The pizza we originally got was cold and not how we ordered it and they want me to pay for their mistake. I don’t think so
