Food was freshly made and employees were very friendly. Men’s bathroom is wet, especially around the toilets. Slippery floor and smells of urine.

Visited this location during a stop on a trip to Springfield, MO. It was at lunch time and it seemed pretty busy during that time. The staff at this location was very friendly and happy to take our order. Our food did not take long coming out despite how busy the location was at the time. The food we ordered was good and nothing was wrong with it. If you’re in the area and need a quick bite, I would not hesitate to visit this restaurant.

What a great stop on our road trip! Friendly staff, great music piped in, and as we stood to the side talking and waiting for our name to be called, a nice young lady walked our drinks over to us with a smile & friendly greeting! Very nice!

The food was good but that was it. I watched the rude servers drop onion rings on the floor and then stand and watch the other server clean them up for 2 minutes. The servers also forgot about our food and rolled our eyes when after twenty minutes we asked about it. The bathroom was also disgusting and the restaurant was set up like a Chinese Sweat Shop everyone was touching and it was hotter than hell. I don’t normally write reviews for fast food restaurants but this one was so terrible that I felt I had to!

It’s the same as it has been for the last 20 years or so. If you like the ambience of an ice cream shop from the 90s, then this is the place to go. Kid friendly, emotional pet friendly (unfortunately) and full of teens having more fun than you should at work. I like it, I’m not complaining.

Food is delicious, drive thru always fast. The only thing stopping me from a 5 star review is that it’s a Christian-owned business (no biggie, buuuut…) and they have things *everywhere* to show for it. Crosses and the ten commandments on the wall, always a sermon on the tv, etc. Makes me and my friends a little uncomfortable being in there (we’re pagan) and I understand we’re in the Bible Belt but I wish religion would be kept to a minimum in a *fast food restaurant*. However, that’s the only issue, much better than the other Dairy Queen locations around, and I will definitely be coming back.

Not sure how to spell her name (Andi/Andie/Andy) she greeted me with a smile and hello and definitely made they day better. She definitely deserves a bonus!

Loved they were a Christian owned business. Loved the atmosphere. Played Christian music so traveling it was calming.

Once was our go to place. Now it’s simply a disappointment. My American cheese didn’t melt on my burger. My husband had a double cheeseburger, one slice American and one slice Swiss, neither melted. Now, instead of a leaf of lettuce it’s chopped up lettuce that most places would discard. I ordered well, well, well done onion rings then added please just ask them to burn them; onion rings were simply done. I ate them but it would have been awesome if once I could get them the way I ordered them. I miss when the teenagers that worked there stayed until they left for college. I miss walking in and hearing Alyssa holler to the kitchen to get rings down and let them burn because she knew what we ordered and was doing her best to take care of her customers and get our food to us quickly. I miss the smiles the girls up front always had on their faces and how friendly they always were even if they didn’t know our order instantly.

A very knowledgeable cashier lady answered all our questions about ingredients. The food was just like our food in our hometown DQ. Clean and friendly
