They’re using DoorDash for delivery drivers. I paid through the PizzaHut App and Door Dash driver shows up insisting that I didn’t pay. I PAID TWICE FOR JUNK PIZZA. Greasy hard crusted pizza

This Pizza Hut is ridiculous. I ordered a 3 pizza box to Grissom air reserve base. The order was confirmed and paid for and set for delivery. An hour later the manager called reconfirming the address and then canceling the order and stating the order can only be picked up because the driver has went home. This story doesn’t make any practical sense and they offered no compensation for this. I would recommend taking your business to a better establishment .

Food was good. Service was lousy. We waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for a medium pizza. They burned the first one after the first hour of waiting. I can see why the dinning room was empty. I will never go back without better management, which there was none that we saw. No discount for anything for their mistake.

Peru, Indiana location serves undercooked crust and despite paying extra for specific multiple, different sauces, will give only one sauce marinara. So don’t waste your money because you won’t get what you ordered.

Honestly if I could I would rate this 0 stars the service is awful we didn’t get our drinks for like 30/40 minutes took them almost an hour and a half for a simple sandwich and not once asked if I wanted a refill do not come here this place is genuinely awful.
