They don’t care if you are in line. They keep the drive through some what going, but if you come inside then you are going to wait for at least 15 to 20 minutes for your meal to be served. No one is ready to take your order. Workers walking around aimlessly. Only two people working the one on the drive through window and the one fulfilling the drive through orders. Even they are told to pull over to the front and one person running the order out. 7 people working but actually only 2 people doing the work. The rest standing around or walking around chatting with each other. After me asking for ketchup many time and no one answering me I got loud and then others said something and it got things moving. I got three packets of ketchup for two burger and fries. Very disappointing service and rude servers. After getting my food, they gave me the wrong stuff. No sauce no lettuce, it was like they did not have the time to even do this.

Been eating at Bking for a few decades, and like most other fast food joints taste and quality is not what it used used to be. Even though they were not really charbroiled, they still tasted like they were. Fries were not bad, Managers please have someone clean the tables and sweep the floors once in a while!

Waited at drive through window for 15 minutes seeing staff person scratching her head and handling food and not washing hands! When I finally got my order, French fries were cold and you would think that waiting that long food would be fresh and hot!!! Got home and food was not fresh and the Big king as you can see in the photo was nasty and had no lettuce pickles onions, just cheese smh! The chicken nuggets were stale and dry!! Fish sandwiches were old and soggy!! Part of my order was missing! I paid $21.13 for the worst food and whoever prepared this should be fired!!

Starting on apositive note I have gotten decent food from this location through the years I have stopped here. In the past to 6-10 momths. Yuk. There is always excessive amounts of mayo on wooper to the point where the bread is soggy & the dripping liquid is coming out of the wrapper. Urgh. Makes it too mushy & squishy to even stomach. Let alone the brown lettuce and chewy onions. I do not go out of my way to post negative reviews but I can no longer continue “trying” to like something time & time again. Ive tried multiple times. Staff really needs major help. I have gotten really good quality food from this location but honestly cant even remember how long ago that has been at this point which kinda stinks. My son loves the chicken fries but that will be all I will be getting from here anymore. So once they figure out how to destroy them BK is q no go anymore.

Food was already paid for and was never received and now they say my money will be refunded in 5-7 business days. Please change hours or don’t allow customers to order when you are clearly not open. Complete waste of time and money this morning.

Mere “Mere”

Well what can I say…. This used to b one of my favorite Burger Kings however now a days all the do is present attitude,disrespect,VERY POOR SERVICE, AND THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE…. Remember while dealing with customers on a reg bases u most present WOW COSTOMER SERVICE inorder to keep the customers coming back…. I to work in customer service and I understand that some days r better then the other we must stay consistent with again wowing customers… I WILL NOT B BACK UNTILL SOMETHINGS CHANGE….

I mobile ordered and waited 40 minutes in the drive thru. They had enough people on staff but it seems like everyone was in a state of confusion and were lackadaisical.

They need to know who orders are and the manager lady slow the whole orders from the drive thru and walk in. She needs more training and more ppl. But her attitude was great and sincere and she did good but the waiting was to long.
