We really liked this Chinese restaurant! It is very clean and fresh inside. The food was really good! The service, even though there is a sign stating “self serve dinning room”, was great! We have ordered takeout 5 times from here. Every time the order has been ready within 5 minutes of quoted time. The order was accurate every time. After the second time ordering she always puts my S&S sause in even if I forget to ask. I also enjoy the orange chicken here better then the other places I could go.

I’m never going there again there again , there very rude there. The last time I went there I paid a lot of money and she accused me of not paying for my food when I did pay I paid with my credit card I got proof . When my family went today she was yelling at my mom saying she didn’t pay for her food there was people to but this waitress / head person didn’t care . Well she lost clients and is gonna gain a lawsuit for slander and poor lady I have a copy of my bank statement. I have never in my life walked out of a restaurant without paying. I had no choice but to rate this a 1 , if they had a zero that’s what I would have rated it.

Worst experience I ever had. Am never going into that place again. Waitress was very rude and accused of walking out without paying a meal before. She was yelling at us in front of other customers. I’ll never step one foot into that place!!! NEVER will they get my service again.

Had for dinner last night. Tasted good but I woke up extremely nauseous this morning and threw up. I never throw up. Been in bed all day pretty nauseous. The people are nice but I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. It’s probably fine if you order high volume dishes i.e. orange chicken, but I wouldn’t venture out on their dishes and risk getting sick like I did. I think more Chinese restaurants in general should do a better job of monitoring the safety of their food instead of trying to squeeze out every last dollar. I lost a whole day to being in pain. Learned my lesson.

Amazingly fast! Couldn’t believe it. Super dank food for the price. For sure a real good deal. My little brother says the chicken fried rice was good. Btw, they said ten minutes for pick up and apparently they meant it! Be wary, don’t let your Rangoon’s get soggy!

This is the only Chinese restaurant I order from in Kalamazoo! They are always super friendly and quick with my orders. I normally get the orange chicken or the sesame chicken and both are amazing. Their prices are good and their servings are large- highly recommend!
