Beware guys, I had my reward points stolen and it still has not been resolved after months. The driver was from doordash even though I ordered from the store, which is bad for the customer for the exact scenario that happened here. The driver canceled my order and when I called, they explained to me their car broke down. I called the store to resolve this and they said they can not remake the order or refund my points. I have been back and forth in emails with the company customer service and have gotten zero help. All they keep asking for is more information which they already have. So I have been lied to and stolen from at this point. And I will keep making this known until it is resolved. Do not trust the rewards program they will rob you!

Ordered some Cinnabon rolls. These are completely raw. Sort of warm but not cooked at all. Attempted to call the store 10+ times. It rings for 1.5 minutes then hangs up.

Ordered at 8:41, it is now 9:54 no pizza, then I call and tell them it isnt here and they tell me it was already delivered with some kind of attitude so here I am my kid is hungry and past bedtime and we have to wait again and hope it comes this time………the second one came, but I will add that some one from corporate needs to come and teach them how to prep the dough properly it was really quite hard to chew. Terrible experience all around and next time I will go to little ceasars

If I could give them zero stars, I would. When I order 1 small cheese pizza and 1 small pepperoni pizza with 8 traditional bone in wings on 04/05/2023. They didn’t get my order right at all. They ran out of personal pan pizzas and they failed to call me too ask me if I wanted to upgrade my order so they just fix my pizza how ever they wanted to. They gave me half of pepperoni pizza and half of cheese pizza all in one box. And that is not what I ordered. I specifically ordered ( 1 small pepperoni pizza, and 1 small cheese pizza with traditional bone in wings) that order was $28.10. I will never recommend this Pizza Hut to know one. And they can’t say they didn’t have my phone number because my number is on the receipt. And they don’t know how to communicate with the customer, they also partner with doordash to bring my order to me.

Rude workers, car broke down and had to pull into the parking lot, sat there for 30 minutes waiting for a tow truck and a worker came over to yell at us for sitting there for “hours”. Meanwhile there were plenty of other spots for other people to park. Definitely won’t be going here ever again!
